Daily NBA Player Props – February 27th
Jaylen Brown – Over 39.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-124)
This line almost seems laughable when you consider that he’s projected for 27.5 points on Friday. Up against Brooklyn, who has given up 121.3 points per game in their last three, he should be set to hit the over there. However, even if he were to come close, we’re only looking at needing a half dozen on the rebounds and assists. He’s averaging 11.7 rebounds per game since the All-Star Break, which should help him get right to this number without touching assists.
Karl-Anthony Towns – Over 30.5 Points + Rebounds (-108)
The Milwaukee Bucks have been one of the worst rebounding teams in the league this year. They rank 27th in terms of rebounding percentage and have been one of the worst five teams at home. While that makes me like the rebounding numbers for Towns, we’ll play it safe with the points since they have a number of good rebounders. He’s cracked 25 points twice since the All-Star Break and another night like that would surely put him over on Friday.
Naji Marshall – Over 29.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-124)
The Mavericks are beat up in a bad way. They have Cooper Flagg out, and both PJ Washington and Daniel Gafford listed as questionable. With a short roster in the last few games, Naji Marshall has thrived. He went off for 36 points last game, which would have blown past this mark without hitting the other two stats. He also had 10 rebounds and seven assists in that one. While the Grizzlies are not as bad as the Kings on defense, they are giving up 130.7 per game over the last three games – which should help create opportunities for Marshall to hit this.
