Best Bet For Friday (February 27th): NHL Predictions
Winnipeg Jets vs Anaheim Ducks
Start Time: 7:00 PM EST
The Olympic break didn’t cool off the Anaheim Ducks, as they entered the pause in action on a two-game winning streak and extended that to three games after Wednesday’s win. The Ducks now sit second in the Pacific Division, five points behind the Vegas Golden Knights. Anaheim is on pace for 94 points, which would be its best total since 2017/18.
The Winnipeg Jets, on the other hand, are having a miserable season, well below the expectations heading into the year. They can’t score, and their defense/goaltending has fallen to the middle of the pack in the league. To make matters worse, the Jets are miserable playing outside of Winnipeg, posting the third-worst road record in the league (11-15-3). And the Ducks have the fifth-best home record, going 18-8-1 at the Honda Center this season.
This all adds up to make Anaheim on the moneyline my best bet for Friday. And a very nice moneyline at that.
