It’s been feast or famine in the NHL lately, with 15 games on Thursday, one on Friday, and then 14 scheduled for tomorrow. That means we basically have our pick of players for our winning parlay. For my NHL goal scorer parlay for Saturday (January 31st): NHL Predictions, we’re headed to the KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York, and Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta. Let’s hit the ice!
NHL Goal Scorer Parlay For Saturday (January 31st): NHL Predictions
Montreal Canadiens vs Buffalo Sabres
Start Time: 7:00 PM EST
The Montreal Canadiens are an offensive juggernaut this season, scoring the third-most goals in the league thus far. And that offense has been powered by Cole Caufield.
The sixth-year pro has improved his goal totals each year in the league, going for a career-best 37 last year. With 30 goals already (and nine in his last 10 games), Caufield is on pace for another career high and might flirt with 50 goals.
Minnesota Wild vs Edmonton Oilers
Start Time: 10:00 PM EST
We’re headed back to Edmonton to finish off our parlay, which isn’t unusual since the Oilers employ both Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl, who have combined for 60 goals this season.
But I’m not choosing either of them – instead, Zach Hyman is my pick. The veteran also has a league-best nine goals over his past 10 games, and 22 in the 36 games he’s played this year.
NHL Goal Scorer Parlay: Cole Caufield + Zach Hyman (+525)
