Daily NBA Player Props – January 30th
Sam Hauser – Over 11.5 Points (-104)
With Jaylen Brown out of the lineup, the Celtics are going to be looking for points. Unfortunately, just about every projection on other starters has gone sky-high and is unplayable. Hauser is the lone exception. He’s hit this number in six of his last eight games anyways and now should have some extra shots available to him. Not only that, but the Kings allow 120.6 points per game – ranking them 27th in the league.
Royce O’Neale – Under 2.5 Three-Pointers (-137)
O’Neale cashed again on the under on Thursday and we’re just going to let this one ride for Friday. Over the last four games, he has combined to go 3-for-20 from three point (15.0%). He has gone under in each of those four games and now faces the Cavaliers. They’re only allowing 10.3 three-pointers per game over their last three and held the Lakers to just nine on Wednesday. If the Suns are anywhere close to that number of makes, there is no way O’Neale will be able to find three of them.
Anthony Black – Over 25.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-112)
Black has been on fire for the Magic lately, and is spreading out the stat sheet nicely. On Wednesday, he hit this over without even getting into the rebounds or assists. To add to the 26 points he put up, he also had seven boards and five dimes. Over his last three games, he’s putting up 10.3 assists and rebounds combined. That should leave him with only needing about 16 points on Friday. He has that many in six out of his last eight games, and I expect that to continue here.
