NBA Predictions & Preview For Sunday, January 25th

I ran my unbeaten streak up to nine, but I have dropped three straight NBA bets since then. That’s gambling for ya. However, I have the winners for tomorrow. Here are your NBA predictions and preview for Sunday, January 25th.

NBA Predictions & Preview For Sunday, January 25th

Sacramento Kings vs Detroit Pistons

Start Time – 3:00 PM EST

The Sacramento Kings are not very good at basketball, which is inconvenient for them since they are an NBA team. They are especially putrid on the road, posting a 3-18 record, the second-worst in the NBA.

To make matters worse (I guess), the Kings will probably be without Zach LaVine tomorrow when they visit the Pistons in Detroit. My line is Detroit -17, so they should cover this wide spread.

Best Bet: Detroit -13.5 (-107)

Toronto Raptors vs Oklahoma City Thunder

Start Time – 7:00 PM EST

It’s hard to have much faith in the Oklahoma City Thunder after losing to the Indiana Pacers (blech) on Friday; however, I think that setback will motivate them to blow the doors off the undermanned Toronto Raptors (who’ll be missing several key players) back at home on Sunday.

The Thunder, when not getting tripped up with the likes of the Pacers, are really good at blowing out teams. My line is Oklahoma City -14.5, so I’m going with the Thunder on the spread.

Best Bet: Oklahoma City -11.5 (-110)

2025/6 Overall Record: 100-83 (55%)
Profit (based on $100/bet):  $576.49
Return on Investment: 3%
