KSW 114: PARNASSE VS HELD

Polish MMA promotion Konfrontacja Sztuk Walki (aka KSW) kicks off its 2026 this weekend in Radom, Poland, with its lightweight title on the line in the main event. France’s Salahdine Parnasse, who is also the featherweight champion, will defend his 155-pound belt against veteran Polish fighter Marcin Held.
Held has had a nice late career surge, but he’s no match for Parnasse. The champ is younger, bigger, and much better and more dangerous on the feet than the grapple-only Held. Plus, Parnasse is no slouch on the ground, either, so he should be able to negate Held there as well. Hence, the incredibly wide odds, but a winning play is a winning play.
