Daily NBA Player Props – January 11th
Kyle Kuzma – Over 9.5 Points (-107)
The Bucks have had to use Kuzma a bit more as of late due to being a touch banged up. That doesn’t stop on Sunday as Kevin Porter Jr. is currently listed as questionable with a hip injury that will either keep him out or limit his action. Even without the extra burn, Kuzma has been handling this prop easy. He’s cashed the over in three of four games this month and – if you want to run it back further – he’s hit it in 11 of his last 14 games as well.
Amen Thompson – Over 7.5 Rebounds (-119)
Thompson might not be the name we think of when we think of cleaning the boards on the Rockets, but he’s been big for them with Alperen Sengun banged up. Sengun might make the return today, but with that ankle less than 100%, he should be on a minutes restriction. Thompson has been easily clearing this number in his last four – averaging 10.0 per game in that stretch. Even if he were to see a slight decline with Sengun back on the court, he should still clear this.
Al Horford – Over 1.5 Three-Pointers (+129)
Since returning from injury, Al Horford has gone back to doing what he does best – firing off a slew of threes out of nowhere. He has averaged 4.8 attempts per game since coming back and is 3-1 against this prop in games Golden State has won. Basically, if it’s going to be a close one, Horford will try to fire off enough to be a difference maker. The Hawks have been playing well lately and should make this a game. As a result, expect the big man to be firing.
