Los Angeles Lakers vs Philadelphia 76ers
Start Time – 7:30 PM EST
Not only do we have a short slate of games in the NBA on Sunday, but we also don’t have many playable spreads. However, the Los Angeles Lakers are in action, which means we can always fade them.
Despite their win-loss record saying otherwise, the Lakers aren’t as good as they seem. And LeBron James is questionable for tomorrow’s game (which could be a positive or a negative based on his play this season). My line for this game is Philadelphia -1.5, so I’ll gladly take the Sixers as a home dog.
Best Bet: Philadelphia +4.5 (-113)
Oklahoma City Thunder vs Utah Jazz
Start Time – 8:00 PM EST
The late game tomorrow between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Utah Jazz has become far more interesting than it should be. That’s because, since this is the NBA, the Thunder will have five key players, including Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, sitting out on Sunday.
Yet, the Thunder are so deep and so good at covering the spread, I’m still taking them. My line is Oklahoma City -14.5, so I’ll take a chance on the Thunder.
