We survived one of the deadest weeks the MMA world has seen in the past few years, and we’ve come out the other side. The last UFC pay-per-view of not just 2025 but perhaps ever goes down this Saturday in Las Vegas, Nevada, with two titles on the line. For my MMA Parlay of the Week: UFC 323, I’ve put my two favorite plays into a winning parlay. Let’s get it on, c’mon!

MMA Parlay of the Week: UFC 323
UFC 323: Dvalishvili vs Yan 2
Start Time: 6:00 PM EST – (ESPN2/ESPN+/PPV)
This is actually a parlay of my best bet and my MMA Gambling Podcast co-host, Gumby Vreeland’s, best bet. For my play, I’m going with Payton Talbott to beat former two-division champ Henry Cejudo on today’s main card. Cejudo is 38 years old now and will be much slower than the 27-year-old Talbott, who is also a better and more dangerous striker.
For the second half of the play, I’m taking Fares Ziam in a lightweight bout against Nazim Sadykhov on the prelim portion of the fight card. Ziam is bigger, younger, and more well-rounded than Sadykhov.
