Tomorrow is a historic day in the sports world (or at least the combat sports world). As the UFC moves its product to Paramount+ starting in 2026, tomorrow marks the last day the promotion is putting on a pay-per-view (although I highly doubt they won’t charge us extra for events in the future). For my best bet for Saturday, December 6th: UFC Predictions, we’re off to the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas for UFC 323. Let’s get this money!
Best Bet For Saturday (December 6th): UFC Predictions
UFC 323: Dvalishvili vs Yan 2
Start Time: 6:00 PM EST – (ESPN2/ESPN+/PPV)
My best bet is a little more chalky than I prefer, but a win is a win. The fourth fight from the top tomorrow night in Vegas sees former two-division UFC champion (and Olympic wrestling gold medalist) Henry Cejudo face bantamweight prospect Payton Talbott. And we’re fading the old guy.
The 38-year-old Cejudo hasn’t won a fight since 2020, and Talbott is going to be too quick, too big (six inches taller, six-inch reach advantage), and too explosive a striker for him. Plus, the youngster showed in his last fight that he’s shored up a previous hole in his game – his grappling and wrestling.
Cejudo probably should have stayed retired, because as his comeback fights have shown, he isn’t in top form any longer.
