Matt Dewoskin ATS College Basketball Picks Record (Est 11/3/2025)

All ATS Selections: 52-33-2
Perfect 3-0 Cards: 5-23

William & Mary at Duquesne

Start Time: 7:00 PM EST

William & Mary comes into this game with a 7-2 overall record and a 6-1 record ATS. The Tribe have been an absolute spread darling this year. They’ve also gone 2-2 on the road this season with wins over Norfolk State and Bowling Green.

Duquesne enters this matchup with a 5-2 record overall, with all five wins coming at home this year. The Dukes have a 2-4 record ATS this year.

William & Mary and Duquesne are very similar when it comes to performance metrics. Both teams like to play at pace, but both teams are capable of handling the defensive end.

When it comes to roster construction, the Dukes have a bit more size, but William & Mary has capable bigs that they can throw at opponents. Dukes big man John Hughley IV can bang down low, but The Tribe has experienced forwards that they can rotate in. However, the Tribe have a pair of injuries to their back court, but they had injury concerns heading into their most recent game against Old Dominion. They beat ODU by 13 points.

The injuries in the back court for William & Mary are worth monitoring, but appear to be priced into the number. Outside of the venue, there really isn’t a whole lot separating these two teams. Let’s roll with Bill and Mary to continue its run as a spread darling and lock up The Tribe to stay within seven points with Duquesne.

Best Bet: William & Mary +7

UT-Arlington at Arkansas State

Start Time: 8:00 PM EST

UT-Arlington comes into this matchup with a 6-2 overall record and a 4-2 record ATS. The Mavericks are 2-1 on the road so far this season.

Arkansas State enters this game with a 5-3 record and a 5-2 ATS record. The Red Wolves are 3-0 at home this year.

Arkansas State can defend, and UT-Arlington’s offense isn’t as special as they look. They’ve dressed up their offensive stats with a few blowouts over lower division programs. The Red Wolves can get after it on defense, but they’ve struggled to make shots so far this year. Arkansas State isn’t as poor on the offensive end as they’ve shown.

Lastly, UT-Arlington has won two straight road games. They clipped Weber State in Ogden, UT and beat Evansville by eight. Arkansas State is better than both of those programs and should do a better job of defending its home.

The Red Wolves have been tough at home; their defense is good enough to limit a mediocre Mavericks offense, and they’re due for positive regression on offense. Let’s ride with the Red Wolves to win this won by five points or more.

Best Bet: Arkansas State -4

Miami at Ole Miss

Start Time: 9:00 PM EST

Miami enters this game with a 6-2 overall record and a 5-3 record ATS. The Hurricanes have not played a true road game until today.

Ole Miss comes into this matchup with a 5-2 overall record and a shockingly terrible 1-6 record ATS. The Rebels are 5-0 at home so far this year.

Miami has a first-year head coach with a portal roster. They’re travelling to a hostile environment for the first time as a team. This is also an ‘Introduce the new football coach’ game for Ole Miss. Teams typically want to show up for their new head coach. This is especially true for the Rebels due to how Lane Kiffin left the program. The spot is screaming Ole Miss.

Ole Miss can match Miami’s athleticism, and they’re actually a bit better on the offensive end. The Rebels want to play a slower pace, while the Hurricanes are better when they play faster. This one should be played at the Rebels’ pace, and the game is on their floor in a clear get-up spot. This is also Jai Lucas’ first time on the road with the Hurricanes. Let’s lock up Ole Miss to win this one by five points or more.

Best Bet: Ole Miss -4.5
