NFL Week 13 Defensive Player Props – Best Bets

Our Favorite Sack Props

Zach Allen – DEN (+122)

There is no team better at dialing up the pressure than the Denver Broncos. They have managed to get to the quarterback a league-leading 49 times this year. Now they’re looking to chase down Marcus Mariota, who is still in for an injured Jayden Daniels. While he has been alright at avoiding sacks so far, Denver is a different animal. Of everyone on Denver, I’m going with Allen, who has grabbed a sack in six of his last seven.

Brian Burns – NYG (-130)

Burns is the obvious play to get a sack here. He’s picked up four in his last five games to get him up to 13 on the year. Now he gets a primetime slot against a quarterback in the top 3 in terms of sacks. Drake Maye has been taken down 37 times on the year and with Will Campbell out for the year with a knee injury, he should be even more vulnerable on Monday.

Our Favorite Tackle Props

Foyesade Oluokun – JAX – Over 7.5 Tackles and Assists (-110)

Oluokun leads the Jaguars in total tackles this year with 90. He’s beat this mark in five of the last seven, which is already a pretty good sign. However, the final straw for us is that he gets the Titans here. Tennessee hasn’t been much of a big play threat, giving linebackers plenty of chances to rack up tackles in the middle of the field. That should play right into his hands here.

Jared Verse – LAR – Over 3.5 Tackles and Assists (+122)

Verse has seen a solid uptick in the amount of tackles lately. He had four last week to go with a pair of sacks and was up over his season average the week before as well. Now we get a great matchup as the Panthers love to run the ball. Rico Dowdle is likely going to get a slew of carries and it’ll be up to Verse and gang in the middle to rack up the tackles.

Our Favorite Interception Props

Andrew Wingard – JAX (+650)

Jacksonville currently ranks second in the league in interceptions with 13. Only the Bears have more picks than they do at this stage. Now they’ll face Cam Ward, who has been alright at hanging on to the ball. While that may be true, he has more games with a pick than without one. Andrew Wingard has had his hands on a ball in four of the last five games – this should be the one he turns into a pick.

Renardo Green – SF (+550)

While some people are suddenly sold on Shadeur Sanders, I still think there are going to be some growing pains in there. He’s been picked off in both of the games that he has played so far this year and will likely get picked again here. If so, look for that person to be Green, who has deflected four passes in as many weeks. While we’re still waiting on his first interception of the year, why not now?
