Daily NBA Player Props – November 22nd
Kon Knueppel – Over 17.5 Points (-105)
I’m loving the over for Knueppel on Saturday for a couple of reasons. Firstly, he’s one great run. He’s been over this projection in three of his last four games and wasn’t particularly close in any of those. The lowest he went in any of those three overs was 24 points. Additionally, the Clippers have been struggling on defense. They’ve allowed 120.0 points per game over their last three, which includes 129 in a loss to the Magic on Thursday.
Josh Giddey – Over 31.5 Points + Rebounds (-117)
Giddey has slowed down a bit on the scoring lately. He’s only put up 28 total points in the last two games. However, playing the Wizards often cures all that ails you. Washington ranks dead last in the league in scoring defense – allowing 129.7 a game. They are also the worst rebound team with a 46.1% rebounding rate. Giddey needs to get back on track and this is the perfect time to do so.
Jalen Johnson – Over 6.5 Assists (-124)
Jalen Johnson has come in over this mark is each of his last six games. In those two weeks, he’s averaging 8.8 dimes per game and really hasn’t shown signs of slowing down. New Orleans has been awful on defense this year, landing themselves at 24th in the league in scoring defense. That should give Johnson plenty of chances to spread the wealth in this one.
