Our reward for suffering through two UFC Apex Fight Nights in the past two weeks comes this Saturday, as the UFC makes its annual pilgrimage to The World’s Most Famous Arena, Madison Square Garden in New York City, for UFC 322. For my MMA Prop Play of the Week: UFC 322, I’m betting on a prelim fight being a quick affair. Let’s get it on, c’mon!

MMA Prop Pick of the Week: UFC 322
UFC 322: Della Maddalena vs Machachev
Start Time: 6:00 PM EST – (ESPN+/PPV)
The prelim middleweight fight between Roman Kopylov and Gregory Rodrigues should be a fun one, with each guy a very dangerous finisher on the feet. And while I’m picking Rodrigues to win, I could see him finishing the fight via his striking or his submission skills. There is also a chance that Kopylov catches him and knocks him out.
So, to be safe and still make some plus money, I’m taking this fight to finish under 1.5 rounds. Either the guys get in a vicious battle, swapping leather, or ‘Robocop’ takes down Kopylov and finishes him. Let’s hope there are fireworks early and often.
