Well, UFC Fight Night: Garcia vs Onama (aka UFC Vegas 110) lived up to what we expect from a UFC Apex fight event. Boring fights and controversy ruled the day. And we’re back at the Apex for another inconsequential Fight Night card this coming weekend. But we can at least win some money on it. For my MMA Prop Play of the Week: UFC Vegas 111, I’ve got another winning prop play for a women’s prelim fight. Let’s get it on, c’mon!

UFC Fight Night: Bonfim vs Brown (UFC Vegas 111)
Start Time: 4:00 PM EST – (ESPN+)
I hit my Norma Dumont winning via decision prop play last week at UFC Vegas 110, and as I mentioned above, I’m going with a similar play this week. This time, it’s going to be Denis Gomes winning via decision in her prelim women’s strawweight bout against Tecia Pennington.
The key advantage in this fight is that Gomes hits significantly harder than Pennington, is slightly larger, and is 10 years younger – a substantial edge. While Torres may outwork her in the striking department, the Brazilian’s strikes will have a greater impact. But Pennington has never been finished in her lengthy career, so I see it going to the scorecards.
