Daily NBA Player Props – November 1st
Tobias Harris – Over 2.5 Assists (+151)
Okay, so assists is likely not the first stat category you think of when you hear Tobias Harris. However, he really is an underrated passer, who is getting plenty of chances to pick up assists. Over the first five games, he’s picked up at least three dimes in four of them. He’s also picked up four or more in three of those five. Now we can get some excellent underdog money for him to just maintain what he has already been doing.
Anthony Black – Over 11.5 Points (-113)
I’m loving the line on Anthony Black this Saturday. The Magic guard has been putting up much bigger numbers lately. He’s gone for 12 or more points in three of his last four games and exploded for 20 just two days ago. In addition to putting up much bigger numbers, we can see a trend of him getting a higher share of shots. After just taking two total three-pointers in the first two games, he is averaging 4.5 attempts per game since. He’s also logging more than 30 minutes now, which is well up as well.
Alperen Sengun – Over 6.5 Assists (+109)
Sticking with the theme of big guys we don’t associate with assists, I like Sengun’s chances to get a bunch of dimes against the Celtics on Saturday. He’s gone for sveen or more in three of his four games so far this year and went off for nine last time out. Boston is pretty tight on defense, but with a questionable frontcourt, I think the Rockets will be trying to play threw the big man.
