UFC 321: ASPINALL VS GANE

My best bet for tomorrow has flipped to an underdog as this week has worn on, which is great news for us. It’s probably because the size difference between Azamat Murzakanov and Aleksandar Rakic was stark at the UFC 321 faceoffs today.
Despite his huge size advantage, there is no way I’m backing Rakic in this fight. He hasn’t been the same fighter since missing time from 2022 to 2024 due to a knee injury, and he hasn’t won a fight since March 2021. This includes being knocked out in two of his last three losses. Fighters rarely make comebacks after long losing skids, especially once they start getting KO’d.
Murzakanov, meanwhile, is undefeated in his career, is the better striker, and has finished 12 of his 15 opponents inside the distance. He’s going to wear Rakic out on the feet.
