The NFL is in Week 7 already! It’ll kick off Thursday night with the second matchup in history of two 40+ quarterbacks squaring off. Aaron Rodgers and Joe Flacco lead that AFC North battle. The London Jags are back on Sunday as we have another early matchup. And the weekend caps off with a true doubleheader on Monday Night Football. Let’s dive in and find our favorite Week 7 NFL player props bets.
The Buffalo Bills and Baltimore Ravens are the only two teams on bye. Both desperately needing a break, Buffalo off back-to-back losses, and Baltimore reeling without Lamar Jackson. That gives us 15 games to enjoy this week and select our favorite props from. There are some intriguing matchups in Week 7, like the Dolphins at the Browns and the Panthers at the Jets. The only way to make these games bearable to watch is to bet on them. Luckily, we have you covered in both games.
There are plenty of great matchups on the weekend, with the Eagles reeling off two losses heading to Minnesota. The AFC-leading Colts take on Jim Harbaugh and the Chargers in LA. Jaxson Dart and Bo Nix square off in Denver. Sunday night gives us a Falcons-49ers game that looks more interesting after Atlanta’s win over Buffalo. Then we’re blessed with an exciting Monday Night Football doubleheader of Buccaneers at Lions, and Texans at Seahawks.

Justin Fields Rushing Ladder Over 40.5 (-114)
50 + (+142)
60 + (+215)
80 + (+456)
100 + (+870)
150 + (+3500)
My absolute favorite bet this week is Justin Fields over his rushing yards. 41 yards is a low number for what he’s capable of, and the weapons he doesn’t have. Garrett Wilson is listed as doubtful and isn’t likely to play. That’s really the only weapon Fields has to throw the ball to anyway. The Jets are now 0-6, and the rumors are flying that he’s going to lose his job, maybe his coach, too. Maybe they should bring in Tyrod to stabilize the team. This is the game where Fields goes off script and does what he does best.
Runs the damn ball. He’s already gone over the 41-yard mark in three of the five games he’s played this season. Against another bad team in Miami, he had 81 yards. But let’s flash back to his first three years in the league with Chicago, when he just did his thing and balled out. He was looking like one of the greatest rushing quarterbacks we’d ever seen. He had five games with over 100 rushing yards. Including a 178-yard game against Miami in 2022. Carolina’s rushing defense isn’t horrible, but I think this is the only option the Jets have, and the only option Fields has. Big game incoming for Justin on the ground, ride that ladder.
Quinshon Judkins Over 84.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
Quinshon Judkins has been one of the best young running backs we’ve seen enter the league this season. In his first four games, he had at least 61 yards rushing in all of them, and at least 82 in three of those. Last week, he met a tough Steelers run defense that the Browns just couldn’t do anything with, and he was held to 36 yards on the ground. This is the perfect bounce-back spot for the young back going up against a bad Dolphin defense.
Miami ranks dead last in the league in average yards allowed per game, with opponents running all over them for 168.5 yards per game. This game will be ugly, but Cleveland will hand the ball off time and time again to Judkins, who is clearly their lead back. He’ll pound the ball against this horrible rushing defense and break a run or two, and easily surpass this rushing total for us.
Bo Nix Over 18.5 Rushing Yards (-120)
This is an interesting number for Bo Nix at just 18.5 this week. Nix has rushed for at least 18 yards in five of the Broncos’ six games this year. The easy victory against the Bengals, where he didn’t need to rush, is the only game that checked in below that number. Dating back to last year as a rookie, Nix has had at least 18 rushing yards in nine of his last 10 games. And 15 times already in his young career.
The Giants did contain Jalen Hurts last week, but most of Hurts’ rushing attempts were tush-pushes. Spencer Rattler rattled for 21 yards in Week 5, and Justin Herbert had a single rush that went for 24 against them. Jayden Daniels opened the season with 68 yards on the ground against the Giants. I expect this to be a close game, that’ll put pressure on Nix to run, and this young Giants defensive front will get pressure on him, also forcing him to run. Getting to 19 yards is routine for Bo Nix, and shouldn’t be an issue in Week 7.
Saquon Barkley Over 69.5 Rushing Yards (-110)
I’m not hitting the panic button on the Philadelphia Eagles yet. I fully believe this is the best team in the NFL, and they just need to get back to being themselves. In their first four games, all of which they won, Saquon had at least 18 rushing attempts in each one. Over the last two games, both losses. Barkley only had six and 12 carries. Get back to the basics, tell the diva wide receivers to be quiet, and pound the ball. That’s Philly style ball, and that’s what works.
Barkley’s only gone over this number once this season, but this Vikings rush defense isn’t very good. They’ve allowed 132.2 rushing yards on average this year. Barkley went over this number a staggering 16 times last year in the regular and postseason. It’s a low number because of recent performance, but you won’t see a number this low again for a bit when he blows this one out of the water.
