Indiana Fever vs Las Vegas Aces
Start Time: 9:30 PM ES
How are the Indiana Fever still good?! This doesn’t make any sense. If they had Caitlin Clark, and to a lesser extent, Sophia Cunningham, Damiris Dantas, Chloe Bibby, and Sydney Colson on the court playing their normal minutes, maybe it would be believable that the Fever made it to the second round of the WNBA Playoffs. And maybe it would be believable that they beat the Las Vegas Aces on their home court by 16 points in Game 1 of the WNBA Semifinals.
But those players aren’t playing, yet the Fever keep on hitting above their weight. That has to end tomorrow in the desert, right?! After winning 17 straight games, the Aces have now dropped two of their last three. However, they are 19-6 at home this season, including the playoffs, and have a healthy roster, including the only four-time WNBA MVP in league history, A’ja Wilson.
Normally, my line for Game 2 would be Las Vegas -4, but with the Fever so banged up and the Aces looking for revenge, I think the home team covers for us.
