NFL Week 2 Longest Field Goal Over/Unders For Every Game

Our Favorite Plays for NFL Week 2

Jaguars vs Bengals – Over 50.5 Yards (-110)

This one might be surprising given that neither of these teams even attempted a 50+ yarder in Week 1, but I really like the looks on these two kickers. The Jaguars have a rookie in Cam Little who was 4-for-4 in field goals and casually nailed a 70-yarder in pre-season. Additionally, this team is made to stall out in field goal range, particularly against the Bengals. The Bengals’ Evan McPherson wasn’t great from deep last year, but has historically held up to the standard.

49ers vs Saints – Under 52.5 Yards (-110)

The first game I’m not expecting the deep ball on is the one in New Orleans. There’s a 40% chance of rain down there and super high humidity. Additionally, the 49ers just cut their kicker after an ugly showing last Sunday. That leaves it up to Saints kicker Blake Grupe, who missed from inside of 40 yards against the Cardinals.

Broncos vs Colts – Over 52.5 Yards (-110)

This is a game between an elite defense and an offense that showed out in Week 1. While I think Danny Dimes is due for a regression, I do expect this Colts team to move the ball quite a little bit. However, I do expect the tough Denver defense to stall them out plenty of times and points may be at a premium. If that’s the case, look for Spencer Shrader, who hit from 48-yards last week, to get us a bomb.

Falcons vs Vikings – Under 52.5 Yards (-110)

After his showing last week, I’m not sure what kind of faith the Falcons even have in Younghoe Koo. Will they even line him up from 53-yards on Sunday given the opportunity? On the other side of things, Will Reichard did manage to hit from 59, but the Vikings didn’t find themselves in very many field goal situtations.

Giants vs Cowboys – Over 52.5 Yards (-110)

This play is as much about my belief in Brandon Aubrey as it is anything. Since signing with the Cowboys, he’s been money from deep. He’s a career 25-for-28 from 50+ and has already bagged a 53-yarder this year. Not to be outdone, Graham Gano was good from 55-yards last Sunday. One of them should find a deep one in this NFC East battle.
