Best Bet For Saturday (September 6th): UFC Predictions
UFC FIGHT NIGHT: IMAVOV VS BORRALHO (AKA UFC PARIS)
Start Time: Saturday – Noon EST – (ESPN+)
My original best bet for tomorrow afternoon, Losene Keita, came in overweight on Friday for his UFC debut (not a good look) and had his fight cancelled. But I’ve got winners for all 13 fights tomorrow, so no worries – on to the next.
I’m pivoting instead to our co-main event, and I’m going against the Frenchman in the fight, Benoit Saint-Denis. Instead, I’m backing the Brazilian, Mauricio ‘One Shot’ Ruffy, from the up-and-coming, legendary Fighting Nerds team.
Ruffy is called ‘One Shot’ because often that is all that it takes for him to turn his opponent’s lights out. While BSD is as tough as they come, he also gets into slugfests and has been knocked out twice recently – by guys who don’t hit as hard as Ruffy does (because, generally speaking, no one hits quite as hard as Ruffy does).
