Cleveland Guardians vs Tampa Bay Rays

I’ve been going to quite a few minor league parks for my MLB best bets this season, with both the (redacted) Athletics and the Tampa Bay Rays playing their games this season in temporary digs. And back to the home of the Single-A Tampa Tarpons we go once more tomorrow.
The Rays seem to be enjoying their temporary home this season, as their home record (38-33) is better than it was last season at Tropicana Field. They’re also a team that seems to be consistently undervalued at the books, so I’ve found myself including them as my best bet a lot this season.
Tomorrow would be one of those times (obviously). Tampa sends Ian Seymour to the mound to face the Cleveland Guardians, and he’s been stellar this season (3-0, 2.97 ERA, 1.02 WHIP) in limited action. When you take all the data into account, the advanced stats have the Rays rated as about a run better than the Guardians on Friday.
