Washington Mystics vs Golden State Valkyries

For loyal readers of this column, you’re going to be surprised by what I do here – I’m fading the Golden State Valkyries. The Valkyries have been my cash cow this season, as the expansion team has consistently been undervalued at the books.

But Golden State is the walking wounded entering their matchup with the Washington Mystics tomorrow night, missing five key players. My line would normally be Golden State -7.5, so the play is the Mystics plus the points.

Best Bet: Washington +5 (-110)

Chicago Sky vs Seattle Storm

Start Time: 9:00 PM EST

Something is going on with the WNBA’s West Coast teams, as not only do the Los Angeles Sparks suck at home compared to the road, but so do the Seattle Storm (8-10 at home, 13-9 away). Lucky for the Storm, it’s only the Chicago Sky in town tomorrow night.

The Sky is bad everywhere, home or away. But are they bad enough to lose by 12 points or more tomorrow night? I’m going to guess no, and I’m taking the visitors plus the points. The Sky have been keeping it close in their losses lately.
