Being a degen is a core principle of our SGPN family. Well, what’s more degen than sweating out how many 180s will be thrown in a darts match? Or how many kills a player will get in Call of Duty? Allow us to introduce our Degens Only Play of the Day, a pick so obscure, it will have your friends questioning your sanity.
Every day, we scour sportsbooks and DFS sites for that one special play off the beaten path. Today, we turn our attention to the PBR Camping World Team Series as they travel to Springfield, Missouri for Thunder Days. Here we find a matchup between the Nashville Stampede and the Kansas City Outlaws where the favorite is at just the right price for us to ride.
PBR Camping World Team Series Betting Pick: Degens Only Play of the Day
Kansas City Outlaws Over Nashville Stampede (-125 via BETMGM)
Friday, August 29th, 8:45pm ET
Nashville enters Thunder Days eighth place in the standings with a 5-9 record on the season. They are currently five wins behind the Florida Freedom for first place. The Stampede are tied with the Missouri Thunder for the third-lowest ride percentage (35.7) in the league. They went 1-2 last week during Gambler Days, dropping games to the Texas Rattlers and the Florida Freedom before picking up a win against the New York Mavericks.
Kansas City is 7-7 on the year and are in fifth place overall just three wins behind the Freedom. The Outlaws have the fifth-best ride percentage in the league having completed 41.4% of their rides. They are also coming into this week on the heels of a bad outing during Gambler Days in which they went 1-2 on the weekend. However, they did end on a high note with a convincing 171.75-88.75 win against the Oklahoma Wildcatters.

These teams met earlier this month during Freedom Days with the Outlaws riding to a 171-86 win over the Stampede. Nashville only managed one qualified ride in the game and ultimately lost on a walk-off reride by Kansas City.
Good luck on this and all of your plays today. We’ll be back with another Degens Only Play of the Day tomorrow. While you’re here, check out some of my other contributions to the SGPN.
