After a dynamite UFC 319 this past weekend in Chicago, the UFC octagon is off to Shanghai this coming Saturday for a pretty ok UFC Fight Night fight card. But if you live in North America, you’ll have to get up early (or stay up late) to watch it. For my MMA Underdog Pick of the Week: UFC Shanghai, I’m getting in on a flyweight fighting on the main card. Let’s get it on, c’mon!

MMA Underdog Pick of the Week: UFC Shanghai
UFC Fight Night: Walker vs Zhang (aka UFC Shanghai)
Start Time: Saturday – 3:00 AM EST – (ESPN+)
Check out that start time, North Americans. Yikes. Not only is it an early morning/late night start time, but I’m finding it a very chalky card as well (but I’m a chalky gambler). However, one dog who I do think is a live one is Peruvian Kevin Borjas, who is facing China’s Sumudaerji.
‘El Gallo Negro’ is only 1-2 in the UFC, but he did win his last fight. Also, he had a solid resume heading into the UFC, and can really crack (eight knockouts in 10 professional wins). His Chinese opponent has only won one of four matches and hasn’t faced the same level of competition as Borjas.
