Hmm – I don’t get this spread. I must be missing something? The Connecticut Sun are really, really bad, and are especially really, really bad on the road, where they’ve won once in 16 games. And the Washington Mystics are a slightly below-average team that is good at home (10-7).

The Mystics have also beaten the Sun in both of their matchups this season, the last time by 37 points. My line is Washington -13, so the Mystics on the spread is the way.

Phoenix Mercury vs Golden State Valkyries

You know I can’t resist a juicy Golden State Valkyries spread, especially when they are plus money (and they’re at home). While the injuries are starting to pile up on the expansion club, they are still overperforming on the court and the spread.

And the Valkyries are 10-6 at the Chase Center, where this game is being played tomorrow night. My line is Golden State -1, so we’re getting a really generous spread at the books.
