Arizona Diamondbacks vs Colorado Rockies

The Arizona Diamondbacks and the Colorado Rockies are two teams headed nowhere fast this season, so you’re excused if you want to skip watching this game. You should, however, place a player prop bet on it.
The player you should back is the Rockies shortstop Ezequiel Tovar. The 24-year-old is having his best season of his young career now that he is finally healthy (he missed most of the first half due to multiple injuries). And he’s hitting especially well in August, with a .916 OPS.
I expect him to have a nice game tomorrow as well, because he’ll be facing Eduardo Rodriguez. Tovar has hit E-Rod very well over his career, slashing .375/.444/.500 over nine career plate appearances. While it’s a small sample size, I think combined with Tovar’s current hot hitting streak, it makes him a player to bet on on Thursday.
