And just like that, I’m on another WNBA heater. Four straight winning bets have me up big money this month, and I’m finally turning a profit for the season as a whole. Now let’s hit a winner for tomorrow’s lone game. Here are your WNBA predictions and preview for Monday, August 11th.

Connecticut Sun vs Golden State Valkyries

Start Time: 10:00 PM EST

The worst team in the league (by far), the Connecticut Sun, shouldn’t also be handicapped with road back-to-backs. But that’s what they’re up against tomorrow night, as they’re off to Oakland’s Chase Center after losing in Las Vegas on Sunday.

And you all know that the expansion Golden State Valkyries are my cash cows this season. That’s still the case even though their top player, Kayla Thornton, is out for the season after suffering a knee injury last month (they’re 5-3 since the All-Star was sidelined).

Did I mention that the Sun are really bad?! Well, they are, especially on the road, where they are 1-14. And the Valkyries are enjoying playing in front of the home crowd in The Bay, going 9-5 on their home floor, including beating Connecticut by 24 points the last time they were in town.

My line for tomorrow night’s game is Golden State -17, so, as per usual, we’ve got a very favorable spread at the books for the Valkyries to play.
