Dallas Wings vs New York Liberty

Tomorrow night’s WNBA slate is a tough one to find picks I’m totally confident in due to all the injuries currently plaguing the league. Many franchise players are on the sidelines, including the New York Liberty’s Breanna Stewart.

So I’m not relying on my data for this pick, and instead I’m going with my gut. The Dallas Wings are bad on the road, and the Liberty are strong at home, but no Stewart will make a big difference. It showed last week when these two teams faced each other in Dallas, and the Wings won by 10. Dallas might not pull off another upset tomorrow night, but they’ll at least cover for us.

Best Bet: Dallas -10.5 (-115)

Connecticut Sun vs Phoenix Mercury

Start Time: 10:00 PM EST

Normally, I hesitate to touch a game with a spread this wide; HOWEVER, this is the Connecticut Sun we’re talking about, and the Connecticut Sun are lousy. We’re talking the worst team in the league by far, and 1-11 on the road lousy.

The Phoenix Mercury are 9-4 at home, and the Sun are routinely getting routed in games. My line is Phoenix -18, so let’s go with the Mercury laying a ton of points.
