2025 NFL Best Bets: New England Patriots

The NFL season is quickly approaching! Mandatory Mini Camps are here, and the Hall-of-Fame game between the Los Angeles Chargers and Detroit Lions takes place at the end of next month. We’re taking a look at all 32 NFL teams and our best bets for each prior to the 2025 season kicking off. The New England Patriots are up next, so let’s take a look at this edition of the 2025 NFL Best Bets: New England Patriots.

It’s a new era in New England. Mike Vrabel returns home to take over the job many thought he should have gotten before, and he brings back with him Josh McDaniels to be the offensive coordinator yet again. Drake Maye is back after a solid rookie campaign, and wide receiver Stefon Diggs has been added to the fold. Offensive Tackle Will Campbell was their first overall selection to protect Maye’s blindside.

2025 NFL Best Bets: New England Patriots

Drake Maye Over 425.5 Rushing Yards (-110)

Maye ran for 421 yards in 12 games last year behind one of the worst offensive lines in the league. A year advanced, with better player callers, a full season, and a better offensive line. If I had to choose one player prop to bet this off-season, this is the one.

2025 NFL Best Bets: New England Patriots

Drake Maye Over 19.5 Passing Touchdowns (-120)

I’m all in on Drake Maye in 2025. For all the reasons mentioned above, he’s set up for big-time success. In his 12 games last year, Maye tossed 15 touchdown passes. He just needs to add five more in five more games, with everything around him drastically improved? Sign me up.

TreVeyon Henderson Over 675.5 Rushing Yards (-110)

The Patriots found their guy in the Draft and brought him in. I don’t think it’s long before Henderson takes over the starting job from Rhamondre Stevenson. Even if he doesn’t, he’s going to get plenty of work and should be very productive.
