The NFL season is quickly approaching! Mandatory Mini Camps are here, and the Hall-of-Fame game between the Los Angeles Chargers and Detroit Lions takes place at the end of next month. We’re taking a look at all 32 NFL teams and our best bets for each prior to the 2025 season kicking off. The Minnesota Vikings are up next, so let’s take a look at this edition of the 2025 NFL Best Bets: Minnesota Vikings.

Kevin O’Connell heads into his fourth season as the Minnesota Vikings’ Head Coach. It’ll be his third different starting quarterback in that time after having a successful season with Sam Darnold; they’ll turn the keys over to JJ McCarthy, who’s finally healthy and ready to go. Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison are ready to help the young quarterback out. They drafted offensive guard Donovan Jackson from Ohio State to help protect the former Michigan quarterback.

2025 NFL Best Bets: Minnesota Vikings

Justin Jefferson Over 1200.5 Receiving Yards (-130)

Change of quarterback? It doesn’t matter. Justin Jefferson gets it done. Even when he only played 10 games in 2023, he caught over 1,000 yards. Every other year of his career, he’s gone over 1,400 yards.

2025 NFL Best Bets: Minnesota Vikings

Aaron Jones Sr Over 725.5 Rushing Yards (-125)

Jones had a big revival last season in his first year in Minnesota. He rushed for 1,138 yards. 2023 was the only year he didn’t crack 700 rushing yards since his rookie season due to playing only 11 games. Jones has been durable in his career, and he’s the main man in Minnesota.

TJ Hockenson Over 700.5 Receiving Yards (-110)

Hockenson missed the start of last season but picked up right where he’d left off, averaging 11.1 yards per catch. He’ll be the best friend of a young quarterback needing a safety blanket underneath, and Jefferson and Addison will keep the defensive backs occupied.
