2025 NFL Best Bets: Indianapolis Colts

The NFL season is quickly approaching! Mandatory Mini Camps are here, and the Hall-of-Fame game between the Los Angeles Chargers and Detroit Lions takes place at the end of next month. We’re taking a look at all 32 NFL teams and our best bets for each prior to the 2025 season kicking off. The Indianapolis Colts are up next, so let’s take a look at this edition of the 2025 NFL Best Bets: Indianapolis Colts.

Shane Steichen enters his third season as the Head Coach for the Indianapolis Colts. Quarterback is undoubtedly the biggest question for this team. Anthony Richardson has shown some flashes, but injury and Daniel Jones’ arrival in town have some questioning if he’s even the guy in 2025. Jonathan Taylor is back and ready to go, as well as Michael Pittman and Josh Downs. They added Tyler Warren, the tight end from Penn State, with the 14th overall selection in the NFL Draft.

2025 NFL Best Bets: Indianapolis Colts

Jonathan Taylor Over 1200.5 Rushing Yards (-115)

It’s a bit shocking how low this number is. The 26-year-old is in the prime of his career and put up 1,431 yards in just 14 games last year. It doesn’t matter who the quarterback is; Taylor is going to get his, and he’s also a great fantasy pick to keep in mind.

Anthony Richardson Come Back Player of the Year (+3000)

This is a fun longshot to get down on. Personally, I’ve been high on Richardson since he came out of college. If he can finally put together a healthy season and balls out like he’s capable of, it’ll be hard for him not to win this.

Tyler Warren Over 500.5 Receiving Yards (-110)

Warren comes into Indy with a lot of talent. Whichever quarterback plays, he’s going to be a great check-down option, and I expect him to catch a lot of passes in 2025.
