2025 NFL Best Bets: Atlanta Falcons

The NFL season is quickly approaching! Mandatory Mini Camps are here, and the Hall-of-Fame game between the Houston Texans and Chicago Bears takes place at the end of next month. We’re taking a look at all 32 NFL teams and our best bets for each prior to the 2025 season kicking off. The Atlanta Falcons are up next, so let’s take a look at this edition of the 2025 NFL Best Bets: Atlanta Falcons.

Raheem Morris returns for his second season as the head man in Atlanta. Michael Penix Jr, the 2024 surprising eighth overall pick by the Falcons, was given the keys to the kingdom last year and is the full-time starter now. Kirk Cousins and his 180 million-dollar contract remain on the team as the backup, for now.

Defensive tackle Grady Jarrett was the biggest free agency departure this offseason. Leonard Floyd highlights a solid free agency class for the team. The team was aggressive in the Draft, selecting linebacker Jalon Walker at #15 and trading next year’s first for defensive end James Pearce Jr at #26.

2025 NFL Best Bets: Atlanta Falcons

Bijan Robinson Over 1150.5 Rushing Yards (-110)

The Atlanta Falcons’ star running back has shown his ability to put together explosive runs. Last season, he racked up 1,456 yards, easily clearing this number. As the team gets better, I don’t think Robinson gets worse.

Drake London Over 1075.5 Receiving Yards (-110)

I’m in on the Falcons stars this year. London is that dude at wide receiver and also went well over this total last year with 1,271 yards. He eneded the season with a 187-yard game with Penix throwing the ball to him.

Kyle Pitts 10+ Receiving Touchdowns (+1000)

My Pitts passion is alive and well. This is a fun, long shot to take. Pitts is still only 24 years old and loaded with talent. Maybe the late bloomer breaks out this year as the safety blanket for a young quarterback.
