With the Indiana Pacers sending the New York Knicks to Cancun on Saturday night (as I predicted), we’re left with no NBA until the NBA Finals tip off on Thursday. But no NBA is no problem, because there’s plenty of WNBA action. Here are your WNBA predictions and preview for Sunday, June 1st.

Connecticut Sun vs New York Liberty

Start Time – 3:00 PM EST

No surprises here – after gutting their team from last season, the Connecticut Sun are among the worst teams in the W this year, sitting with a 1-5 record. And the reigning champion New York Liberty, once again not surprisingly, are one of two undefeated teams, perfect through their first six.

While an 18.5 point spread might look unplayable, it isn’t in this case. After crunching all the advanced stats, my line for Sunday is New York -28.5 (yep, that wide).

Best Bet: New York -18.5 (-105)

Las Vegas Aces vs Seattle Storm

Start Time – 6:00 PM EST

The expected bounceback from the Las Vegas Aces this season hasn’t gone according to plan thus far, with the powerhouse squad only managing a 3-2 record. They’re also only 1-2 on the road, where they’ll be on Sunday as they face the Seattle Storm.

And the Storm spanked the Aces by 20 in their first matchup this season. My line is Seattle -3.5, so I’ll gladly take them plus the points.

Best Bet: Seattle +2 (+110)
