The UFC comes to us from Montreal, Canada this weekend with a double-header of title fights. Belal Muhammad will look to defend his strap against Jack Della Maddalena, while Valentina Shevchenko looks to fend off challenger Manon Fiorot. The UFC 315 card is loaded up with incredible fights with some great spots to look for some high-value MMA bets, picks, and predictions.

Prelim Pick of the Week: UFC 315
UFC Middleweight Fight: Marc-Andre Barriault vs Bruno Silva
Start Time: Saturday 6:00pm EST (ESPN+)
On the prelims north of the border, I like the hometown fighter Marc-Andre Barriault to get the job done. Neither of these two fighters have looked like world beaters lately. However, the difference is that Barriault has had moments in almost all of his fights and has been caught by some unlucky shots. Meanwhile, Silva has looked pretty shabby.
Silva is a striker who has had very little success striking. He’s landed about half of the strikes of his opponents in each of the last four fights. That includes fights with guys like Chris Weidman, who is both not a striker and far off of his prime.
I think the luck for the Canadian swings back in his favor. As a result, I expect him to both land with his hands and to be able to use his wrestling if he needs it. Furthermore, we’re getting some great odds in this one.
