Two of the three games on the NHL schedule tomorrow are do-or-die situations for two of the teams in them. It’s win or go home time for the Montreal Canadiens and the Tampa Bay Lightning. Montreal Canadiens vs Washington Capitals
Start Time: 7:00 PM EST
We’ll start things off in the nation’s capital, where the Washington Capitals have the Montreal Canadiens on the ropes 3-1 after winning Game 4 in Montreal. And I think the superior team, the Capitals, will finish off the Habs tomorrow on home ice.
Montreal is a poor road team and will probably be without several key players, including their goalie, due to injuries. Washington on the moneyline is the first half of our winning parlay.
St. Louis Blues vs Winnipeg Jets
Start Time: 9:30 PM EST
I’m predicting better things for the other Canadian team playing tomorrow, the Winnipeg Jets, as they host the St. Louis Blues for Game 5 of a 2-2 series. The Jets are the much better team in this matchup, but they – and their goalie, Connor Hellebuyck – are pulling their typical playoff tricks.
But Winnipeg is a very strong home team, and won both games in this series that took place on their home ice, so I think they handle their business tomorrow. Winnipeg on the moneyline finishes off our parlay.
