Boise State Vs Penn State: Ashton Jeanty Higher Than 9.5 Receiving Yards
Jeanty’s rushing projection is set at 129.5 yards. The Boise State running back has lit college football on fire this season from the running back position. It’s almost all been exclusively on the ground however. Jeanty has 2,497 yards on the ground this season and just 116 through the air.
They played Oregon early in this season, but this is their first matchup against a true longtime B1G defense. Penn State is going to load up the box and do everything they can to stop Jeanty. It won’t be easy, and he’ll get his rushing yards, but Boise State is going to have to get creative and find ways to get Jeanty the ball in space.
He doesn’t have to have a bunch of catches or big plays. He’s only got to get 10 simple yards through the air. He’s done so five times in Boise State’s last eight games. Big time players show up in big time games and this is a small number for him to get to.
Arizona State Vs Texas: Cam Skattebo Higher 145.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards
Another star running back in this weekend’s quarterfinals games is Cam Skattebo. Skattebo has been electric for Arizona State this season. He’s gone over 146 combined yards in seven of the last nine games for the Sun Devils. In the Big 12 championship game, he had 170 yards rushing against Iowa State.
Twice this season he’s gone over 100 yards in just the receiving game alone. Skattebo is an explosive playmaker and Arizona State will be looking to get the ball into his hands in whatever way is working, through the air or on the ground. This covers you for both!

Oregon Vs Ohio State: Evan Stewart Higher Than 38.5 Receiving Yards
Stewart can be a boom or bust guy at times, but setting his projection at 38.5, what are we doing here Underdog? Over the last two games Stewart wasn’t much of a factor against Penn State in the B1G Championship game or against Washington. Before that, Stewart had games 92 and 55 yards against Wisconsin and Maryland.
When these teams met back in October in a thrilling 32-31 Oregon win, Stewart was a huge part of that win. He caught seven passes for 149 yards and a touchdown, including a nice 69-yard catch. It worked for 110 more yards than his projection last time, I think he can get to 39 yards against this Buckeyes defense again.
Georgia Vs Notre Dame: Trevor Etienne Higher Than 11.5 Receiving Yards
It’s a running back party for this week’s Underdog Fantasy plays, but this is another one that just seems too simple to not point out. There’s no reason to overthink this and chase big numbers. Etienne has been a solid receiving back. In the SEC Championship game when Carson Beck went down, Trevor caught five passes for 28 yards.
He’s crossed the 12-yard mark through the air in four of the Bulldogs’ last six games and he’s had at least 10 yards receiving in eight of his nine games this year. With starting quarterback Carson Beck out for the Bulldogs, Gunner Stockton is going to need a safety blanket underneath, and Etienne is the perfect guy for that. This is another case of not needing a huge day, just 12 yards, and this one hits.
