The New York Jets come into this game without the services of running Breece Hall and cornerback Sauce Gardner. Additionally, the Jets placed linebacker C.J. Mosley on the IR, and offensive tackle Alijah Vera-Tucker has not practiced as of Friday. Meanwhile, for the Miami Dolphins they too have several question marks on who will be available in this game. As of Thursday, offensive tackle Terron Armstead has not practiced as he is dealing with a knee injury.
Surely it has been a disappointing season for both teams who had aspirations of making the playoffs at minimum. Questions certainly surround both teams when it comes to the future, especially at the quarterback position for the New York Jets.

I question the motivation for the New York Jets coming into this game. The Jets dropped their Week 13 game against the Seahawks and could Jets players be treating this game as a vacation getting away from the cold weather? I won’t think twice about this game and with the injuries for the Jets I believe Dolphins win at home and cover.
