UNLV Rebels vs San Jose State Spartans

The number 24 ranked UNLV Rebels are the visitors at CEFCU Stadium tomorrow night, taking on the San Jose State Spartans. The Rebels are rolling, winning two straight and four of five, and are undefeated on the road. I think there’s a little value on the Rebels on the spread, but most of my SGPN colleagues are on the other side, so that’s scared me off that play.
Instead, for my best bet tomorrow I’m taking the under on the game total. This is despite UNLV having the sixth most potent offense in the nation this season. However, I think 60.5 points is too high for tomorrow’s game. UNLV has only topped it (barely – 61 points) once in their last four games, and San Jose State once in their previous five games. And UNLV has only outscored it once on the road this season.
