A busy Saturday of college football awaits us as we hit Week 8 of the season. And our 55 straight days of football best bets rolls on, as well. For my best bet for Saturday, October 19th: College Football Predictions, we’re checking out two teams battling for second place in the Atlantic Coast Conference standings. And, just like on Friday, I’m fading an undefeated and highly-ranked team.

Miami Hurricanes vs Louisville Cardinals
Start Time – Noon EST
I actually don’t know as of this writing if (sorta) fading the Oregon Ducks on Friday was the right play or not, but I’m back fading a top team on Saturday, regardless. That would be the #6 ranked, 6-0 Miami Hurricanes, who hit the field at L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium to face the Louisville Cardinals.
The best bet for tomorrow is the Louisville Cardinals on the spread. I know this is a good play because the SGPN college football geniuses are all in on this bet – team ride! Oregon is winning all their games, but they aren’t steamrolling teams, only winning by one point in their last game and by four points the week before that. And Louisville is coming off handing Virginia their first ACC loss of the year. I think the Cardinals can keep it close for us at home and allow me to hit another football best bet.
