(MEAC) Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference College Basketball Preview 2024-25

The College Basketball Experience (@TCEonSGPN) of the Sports Gambling Podcast Network releases their Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference College Basketball Preview for the 2024-25 season.. On the show Ryan McIntyre (@Moneyline_Mac) and Noah Bieniek (@NoahB77_) break down every single MEAC basketball team and key in on how they think the conference race will shake out.

Last year Norfolk State won the MEAC by two games in the regular season. Behind them was a log jam of three teams tied for 2nd place. The Spartans roster fell apart during the offseason. However Robert Jones has had an offense that finished 1st or 2nd in offensive efficiency in conference play. Will Norfolk State reload and compete for another title this season?

NC Central, Howard, and South Carolina State all finished 9-5 and Tied for 2nd in the MEAC in 2023-24. The Bison have the most experienced MEAC team in the preseason and the Eagles return the 2nd most minutes in conference from last year. Both programs have established pedigree and will once again be chasing a banner this season. Is SC State capable of a repeat performance this season? The Bulldogs dominated the glass last season, that should continue.

Which program that finished .500 or below last season has the best chance to compete this year? Maryland Eastern Shore and Coppin State don’t look like the candidates. Could Morgan State or Delaware State finish in the top half of the conference standings?

Mac and Bieniek finish the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference College Basketball Preview with some takes. What are their projected standings at the end of the year? The guys also provide their MEAC Basketball sleepers and bust predictions.
