We have a super fun NFC clash on our hands this weekend in Dallas. Take a look below at our Saints Cowboys predictions and best bet. Both of these 1-0 teams had a rather easy week one. Carolina was no match for New Orleans at home, and Dallas ran through Cleveland on the road. I would expect a back and forth matchup in Jerry’s world!

New Orleans Saints at Dallas Cowboys Preview and Predictions

Heading into week one, Carolina was oddly a very trendy underdog on the road in New Orleans. Even if you did not catch a glimpse of that game, checking the box score got the job done. The Saints absolutely destroyed the Panthers in all facets of the game. It will be interesting to see how New Orleans comes out in Dallas. As long as they do not have their heads too high after rolling over the worst team in football, they can give this firey Dallas team some fits!

The Cowboys also had no problem in their week one matchup. As underdogs, they walked in to Cleveland and laid the hammer down. Browns fans were booing from the get-go as they could not move the ball on offense and ultimately could not stop Dallas on defense. We did not have time to process Dak getting paid but he lived up to the bill this past Sunday. Let’s see if we are saying the same thing this time next week

New Orleans Saints at Dallas Cowboys Bets

America’s team is nearly a touchdown favorite heading into Sunday’s matchup. Personally, I believe that is too much. One thing about Derek Carr is that he does not win, but he keeps his teams in games. On the other hand, we have seen Dallas disappoint in big spots year after year. Although this is only week two, it is a matchup of two 1-0 teams in the same conference. As always, Dallas has a target on their back, and I believe New Orleans will keep this close at the very least.

I would not be shocked if this is a low-scoring affair led by the two defenses who showed great things in week one. While that does point me towards the underdog, it also goes hand in hand with taking the underdog. Also, if it turns out to be a shootout, Derek Carr and Co. are not scared to go shot for shot with any offense. Look for the Saints to be a feisty bunch and keep this within the number.

The Pick: Saints +6.5
