Another season of high expectations for Buffalo is here, but a hungry Arizona team may have something to say about that. These two teams have had very different results over the last few years. Buffalo lost in the divisional round, while Arizona only won four games last season.
This is the first time the Cardinals have played in Buffalo since September of 2016. The only other time they have played since then was in 2019. It is no surprise that these two teams do not have much of a history since they are in opposite conferences across the country. Nonetheless, there is still money to be made and bets to be won. Here is the Arizona Cardinals vs. Buffalo Bills Predictions and Preview.
Arizona Cardinals vs Buffalo Bills Predictions and Preview
A majority of the core from these two teams will be back this season but there are a few names we will miss. Buffalo will be without Stefon Diggs as he left for Houston in the offseason. Arizona will be without JJ Watt as he retired.

Rookie Keon Coleman looks to fill that void for Buffalo; I believe he will be a great addition to The Bills. Arizona finally has a healthy Kyler Murray at QB. When he is handling the offense, the Cardinals are always a threat to beat anyone. The duo of Murray and Rookie Wide Receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. has the ceiling to be one of the most electric duos in the entire league. I like what both of these offenses have heading into this matchup, look for this game to be a back and forth week one clash.
Arizona Cardinals vs Buffalo Bills Bets
We are still in September, which means the weather will not be a factor in Buffalo. If these two played in 8 weeks, Buffalo would win based off grit and toughness alone. The skies will be clear and the temperature will be in the mid 60’s. These are perfect conditions for both offenses to move freely and score points. I believe both offenses have advantages over the opposing defense and this number of 48.5 is very benign. Seven touchdowns will get the job done. The bet to make in the Arizona Cardinals vs Buffalo Bills game is over 48.5
The Pick: Over 48.5
