Underdog Fantasy NBA Daily Pick ‘Em Plays – May 18

Luka Doncic – Higher than 19.5 Rebounds + Assists

Classic Luka Doncic has reappeared over the past two games of the Dallas Mavericks’ series against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Doncic registered triple-doubles in both Game 4 & 5.

However, his scoring is still inconsistent, so I’m avoiding any points play for him for tomorrow’s Game 6. So higher than 19.5 rebounds plus assists is the play. He’s topped this in three straight games and I feel it’s safer than a higher or lower points play on him.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander – Higher than 45.5 Pts + Rebs + Asts

The young Oklahoma City Thunder have their back against the wall heading into Game 6 in Dallas. It’s a win-or-go-home situation. But they surely can count on their superstar, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, to show up.

SGA has been doing it all for the Thunder, as per usual, in the playoffs. I like his higher than 45.5 points plus rebounds plus assists for tomorrow’s crucial game. He’s bested this in four of his last five games and just missed in his last game, ending with 44.

Chet Holmgren – Lower than 1.5 Turnovers

Let’s finish things off with an obscure one involving Chet Holmgren. The Thunder rookie hasn’t wilted under the intense glare of the playoffs, as he’s playing at a high level. This includes taking care of the ball.

The play is lower than 1.5 turnovers for Holmgren in Game 6. He has turned the ball over twice total in his past three games and only has multiple turnovers once in his last five games.
