JMark Seven-Round NFL Mock Draft 2.0

JMark Seven-Round NFL Mock Draft 2.0

The last seven-round NFL mock draft I did was right after the Super Bowl. No retirements, no free agency, nothing. Now, we’re armed with a little more information as the teams made a flurry of moves. The draft is just two and a half weeks away. Below is my final mock draft.

Every year, I’m reminded that doing a seven-round mock with at least a tiny something written on each player is a daunting task. I know it won’t be perfect. I’m neither a GM nor a scout. However, I hope you like your team’s picks, at least a little bit. I focused on trying to improve every team using PFF’s team grades and team needs.

JMark Seven-Round NFL Mock Draft 2.0

Round 1

Some teams took a little bit of a different direction than you may have expected, starting with the Falcons. The Chargers could still end up going tackle instead of a wide receiver. However, that would just be Harbaugh thinking he’s smarter than everyone else. They desperately need the wide receiver’s help.

I tried to fight Caleb Williams to the Bears. I can’t fight it anymore. The writing is on the wall. They could also take an edge over a receiver. But pairing Williams with DJ Moore, Keenan Allen, AND Rome Odunze was just too juicy. When taking on a seven-round NFL mock draft, sometimes the first round feels like the trickiest, even though theoretically it should be the easiest.

1

Bears
via CAR
Caleb WilliamsQBUSC
Caleb Williams will be the next quarterback that fans will hope to be a franchise guy. He's got all the intangibles and a giant personality. The last QB for the Bears to have a giant personality (McMahon) won a Super Bowl. Same, but different.
2

Commanders
Jayden DanielsQBLSU
Coming off a quarterback from North Carolina, I don't see Washington do it again. Instead, they go with a guy with big upside that can hurt defenses in multiple ways. Jayden Daniels gets welcomed to Washington.
3

Patriots
Drake MayeQBUNC
The Patriots need quarterback help. Brissett could play at the beginning of the year while Drake Maye gets some more development in. However, I think he takes over sooner, rather than later.
4

Cardinals
Marvin Harrison, JRWROhio State
The debate between whether Marvin Harrison or Malik Nabers will go first is over. Cardinals take Marvin Harrison, filling a hole left awhile back by Larry Fitzgerald as the alpha in the WR room.
5

Chargers
Malik NabersWRLSU
Chargers cut Mike Williams and traded Keenan Allen. Justin Herbert needs someone to throw to, and that someone becomes Malik Nabers.
6

Giants
J.J. McCarthyQBMichigan
The Giants move on from Daniel Jones by drafting J.J. McCarthy. With Jones still there, they don't have to rush McCarthy. Though I think he's better than Jones and it will be hard to keep him off the field for too long. This could potentially be where the Vikings trade up too, but make the same pick.
7

Titans
Joe AltOTNotre Dame
Will Levis gets huge help with the Titans drafting the best tackle in the draft. Joe Alt will be a good piece on this offensive line for years, blocking for Levis.
8

Falcons
Quinyon MitchellCBToledo
Falcons could go multiple ways with this pick, but their weakest spot is at cornerback. They may actually need a couple. They start with surprising everyone and taking Mitchell over some other candidates. It shouldn't be a surprise, he's the best CB in this draft.
9

Bears
Rome OdunzeWRWashington
I wouldn't be surprised if the Bears try to flip this pick for some additional picks. However, in this mock they draft Rome Odunze. Maybe they should focus on the offensive line, but DJ Moore, Keenan Allen, and Odunze will be really hard to cover.
10

Jets
Jer'Zhan NewtonDIIllinois
The Jets made some nice offseason moves that give them flexibility. Therefore, they take their top player in Jer'Zhan Newton. Next to Quinnen Williams, this will be one of the best interior d-lines in the NFL.
11

Vikings
Terrion ArnoldCBAlabama
If the Vikings didn't trade up, they missed out on the initial quarterback run. Therefore, they look at their biggest need on defense, which is cornerback. Terrion Arnold will be a stud in the NFL and an immediate starter for the Vikings.
12

Broncos
Cooper DeJeanCBIowa
The Broncos also bolster their secondary by adding Cooper DeJean. DeJean is a playmaker, coming off an excellent pro day, who can also return kicks if needed.
13

Raiders
Taliese FuagaOTOregon State
The Raiders take the best available tackle to help protect whoever their quarterback will be. Will Aiden O'Connell get another shot, or will they draft someone. Fans will have to wait as they bolster the line.
14

Saints
Troy FautanuOTWashington
The Saints need a lot of line help. They draft Troy Fautanu after the Trevor Penning experiment seemingly came to an end. Fautanu is an immediate upgrade, no matter which side of the line they put him.
15

Colts
Nate WigginsCBClemson
Colts bolster their secondary by taking Nate Wiggins. He's really good in man coverage and can help stop passers like CJ Stroud and Trevor Lawrence. He allowed a 44.4 passer rating last year.
16

Seahawks
Laiatu LatuEDUCLA
The Seahawks add an immediate Day 1 starter in Laiatu Latu. Latu is a beast who had a 26.2% pass-rush win rate last season.
17

Jaguars
Olumuyiwa FashanuOTPenn State
It's criminal that Fashanu fell this far. However, he's a massive piece for the Jaguars offensive line and makes them better on Day 1.
18

Bengals
Brock BowersTEGeorgia
Brock Bowers is an interesting player. He's a little undersized for an NFL tight end but his ability to stretch the field and block make him a first rounder. Bengals add him to an already very good offense.
19

Rams
Jared VerseEDAlabama
One cannot simply replace Aaron Donald. However, the Rams start trying to get some production back on the defensive line after his retirement by drafting Jared Verse. He's an excellent edge rusher who had 11 sacks last year.
20

Steelers
JC LathamOTAlabama
The Steelers bolster their offensive line by taking JC Latham out of Alabama. He only allowed two sacks and will fit into Tomlin's scheme well, whether he's blocking for Wilson or Fields.
21

Dolphins
Byron MurphyDITexas
Byron Murphy steps in to the gap left by Christian Wilkins. He's a big dude with a 19% pass-rush win rate on the interior of the d-line.
22

Eagles
Jackson Powers-JohnsonCOregon
Replacing Jason Kelce will be very hard. However, Jackson Powers-Johnson is the best center in the draft and will be able to step in to anchor the Eagles' o-line right away. The tush-push lives on!
23

Vikingsvia CLV
Dallas TurnerEDAlabama
It may not be their biggest need, but the Vikings can't just let Dallas Turner sit there. He's a strong pass-rusher who likely should have been drafted earlier.
24

Cowboys
Brian ThomasWRLSU
The Cowboys have a lot of needs, especially after only signing one new free agent. They draft 6-4 receiver Brian Thomas to take some pressure off CeeDee Lamb.
25

Packers
Amarius MimsOTGeorgia
Packers met with Amarius Mims in their Top 30 visits. Now they make him part of the team, bolstering the proection for Jordan Love.
26

Buccaneers
Kool-Aid McKinstryCBAlabama
The Bucs bolster their secondary with Kool-Aid McKinstry. He needs to work on man coverage but is very, very good in zone.
27

Cardinalsvia HST
Graham BartonOTDuke
Arizona has a decent amount of needs but they continue their focus on offense and draft offensive tackle Graham Barton out of Duke.
28

Bills
Troy FranklinWROregon
After shipping Stefon Diggs out, the Bills draft Troy Franklin as a replacement. He had a 82.2 man coverage grade last year and will be an excellent part of their offense.
29

Lions
Ennis Rakestraw Jr.CBMissouri
The Lions help their secondary with Ennis Rakestraw Jr. He's on their Top 30 list. He has excellent instincts, especially in zone coverage.
30

Ravens
Xavier WorthyWRTexas
The Ravens add another offensive weapon in Xavier Worthy. He's dangerous when the ball is in his hands and has elite speed.
31

49ers
Tyler GuytonOTOklahoma
The 49ers take 6-7 Tyler Guyton. This guy is freakishly agile for his size and moves like a tight end. He'll strengthen the offensive line and help protect Brock Purdy and block for CMC.
32

Chiefs
Adonai MitchellWRTexas
He is one of the best route runners in the draft. He's been compared to Tee Higgins and now he becomes a new target for Patrick Mahomes.

Round 2

From here on out, I’ll let you enjoy the 2024 NFL seven-round mock draft without my commentary. I wrote plenty of commentary in the play picks to hopefully explain to you why I did what I did. How’s your team looking after two rounds? Also, you probably figured this out from Round 1, but we’re doing this one with zero trades.

#TeamPickPosCollege
33

Panthers
via SF
Kamari LassiterCBGeorgia
The Panthers are a team that have a lot of needs. Because they traded up to get Bryce Young last year, they're lacking some of the draft picks that could help. They make their first selection and get some cornerback help with Kamari Lassiter out of Georgia. Lassiter allowed a 48.7 QB rating.
34

Patriots
Chop RobinsonEDPenn State
Jared Mayo is a defensive coach and starts building the defense back up. Chop Robinson is an excellent pass rusher who had a 20.9% pass rush win rate last year.
35

Cardinals
T.J. TampaCBIowa State
The Cardinals already lifted their offense with a WR and OT in Round 1. Now they bolster the defense with a cornerback with a lot of talent. He's fast and physical and will help set the tone on defense.
36

Commanders
Chris BraswellEDAlabama
The Commanders traded their edge rushers away last year. They start replacing them with Chris Braswell. In 309 pass rush snaps he had 13 sacks, and 33 QB hurries.
37

Chargers
Mike SainristilCBMichigan
The Chargers need cornerback help. Just so happens the next best one is one of Jim Harbaugh's guys. He takes him here to help their defensive backfield with his smart play and fast reaction speed.
38

Titans
Tyler NubinSMinnesota
The Titans could use some safety help and Tyler Nubin is the guy to do that. He's explosive and can be used in both coverage and creative blitzes.
39

Panthers
via NYG
Zach FrazierCWest Virginia
It may not be flashy, but Frazier helps anchor the center of the line. The Panthers really need the help on the interior line and Frazier immediately gives that. He played 100% of his snaps at center last year, but has the athleticism to play other positions on the line.
40

Commandersvia CHI
Jordan MorganOTArizona
The Commanders need somebody to protect their new quarterback. Jordan Morgan is a strong pass protector and has good running speed.
41

Packersvia NYJ
Payton WilsonLBNC State
The Packers take Payton Wilson to help them get better performance at the linebacker position. He can help center this entire defense with size and speed.
42

Texansvia MIN
Braden FiskeDIFlorida State
The Texans have done a great job in the free agency at continuing to improve their team. The interior of the defensive line still needs some help and Braden Fiske gives them that. He can be a Day 1 starter.
43

Falcons
Darius RobinsonQBMichigan
Falcons get edge rush help in the form of Darius Robinson. He had a 17% pass rush win rate and finished last year with 9 sacks in 290 pass rush snaps.
44

Raiders
Michael Penix Jr.QBWashington
The Raiders wait on quarterback in the first round and take Michael Penix Jr. He had a little controversy around the Senior Bowl, with some saying he was outplayed and benched in practice, to others saying he opted out. Either way, the Raiders get a flashy quarterback who's thrown for over 4600 yards and 30 touchdowns in each of the last two years.
45

Saints
via DEN
Ladd McConkeyWRGeorgia
The Saints need somebody to line up opposite Chris Olave that is more reliable than Michael Thomas. Ladd McConkey could do that or line up in the slot. He's really good at YAC.
46

Colts
Javon BullardSGeorgia
The Colts continue to bolster their secondary by taking Safety Javon Bullard. He's a fearless player who can help in both pass and run defense. They'll likely put him at Free Safety but he could upgrade either of the safety positions.
47

Giantsvia SEA
Roman WilsonWRMichigan
The Giants need receiving help and they decide to draft a receiver that McCarthy is comfortable with in Roman Wilson. Wilson had 12 touchdowns last year.
48

Jaguars
Adisa IsaacEDPenn State
The Jaguars need somebody opposite of Josh Allen to help rush the passer. Adisa Isaac gives them help on the edge. He's good against the run when they play against Jonathan Taylor and the Colts. However, he's also good against the pass. In 208 pass-rush snaps last year he had 9 sacks, 4 QB hits, and 20 QB hurries. When you're hurrying the quarterback on 10% of plays, you're doing something right.
49

Bengals
Ja'Lynn PolkWRWashington
Tyler Boyd is gone and Tee Higgins wants traded. The Bengals could use help at receiver help and they get it in Ja'Lynn Polk. At 6-2, 204, he has experience as a wideout and a slot. Last year he played 222 snaps at the slot and 317 outside. He also was tied 16th in NCAA with 13 contested catches. He was used in multiple different ways from deep throws to screens. He'll help the Bengals out in multiple ways.
50

Eagles
via NO
Ruke OrhorhoroDIClemson
Fletcher Cox retired and the Eagles will need a replacement. Ruke Orhorhoro steps in as a B Gap player who can line up next to last year's pick Carter and create a fierce interior defensive line.
51

Steelers
Ricky PearsallWRFlorida
The Steelers take the speedy slot receiver out of Florida. He can step in right away and help pick the offense up and help it become faster.
52

Rams
Kris JenkinsDIMichigan
The Rams continue to add to the defensive line to try and soften the blow of Aaron Donald retiring with Kris Jenkins out of Michigan. He's one of the strongest players in the draft.
53

Eagles
Jeremiah Trotter Jr.LBClemson
Jeremiah Trotter Sr. played for the Philadelphia Eagles, and now Jeremiah Trotter Jr. will play for them. The Eagles need linebacking help and trotter will help provide that. He has an almost equal pass rush and run defense grade and can drop in coverage. Like father, like son, Trotter will help the Eagles elevate their defense.
54

Browns
T'Vondre SweatDITexas
With Shelby Harris hitting free agency the Browns take T'Vondre Sweat. He's 6-4 and 362 pounds. He's a hard-nosed run stopper that can also get after the quarterback. Both his pass rush win rate and run-stop win rate are impressive. Lining up by Myles Garrett will only make him better.
55

Dolphins
Christian HaynesGUCONN
The Dolphins desperately need some help on the interior of the line. They skip top player to go for top need here and take Christian Haynes. He has lined up at right guard three years in a row for UCONN and playe dvery well. He grades out almost equally in run blocking and pass blocking and is a smart player. He'll help the interior line immediately.
56

Cowboys
Jonathan BrooksRBTexas
The Cowboys need a running back after Tony Pollard left in free agency. The Cowboy's team doctor is the same one that performed surgery on his knee. He's good to go, he's a Texas back, and he stays in Texas.
57

Buccaneers
Jonah EllissEDUtah
After compiling 13 sacks and 24 QB hurries last year, Jonah Elliss is drafted by the Bucks. He has a strong pass-rush win rate and will be a strong part of their defense.
58

Packers
Sedrick Van PranCGeorgia
The Packers get a new starting center in Sedrick Van Pran. He has a high IQ and can hold his own in both run and pass blocking.
59

Texans
Patrick PaulOTHouston/b>
The Texans got a lot of looks at Patrick Paul as he played for Houston. In 496 pass blocks last year he only allowed one sack. He's used to playing left tackle, but that's Tunsil's spot. George Fant was not great at the Right Tackle spot for the Texans and is a free agent. I doubt he's back and Paul steps in his spot and improves the protection of CJ Stroud.
60

Bills
Edgerrin CooperLBTexas A&M
The Bills take Cooper here and can line him up in multiple spots on the field. He can be a linebacker or an edge rusher. He can take snaps from Leonard Floyd as a rusher, but will most likely take the Sam linebacker spot of Baylon Spector.
61

Lions
Jermaine BurtonWRAlabama
The Lions have Amon-Ra St. Brown and Sam LaPorta. Beyond that the pass-cathcing options are a little limited. Jameson Williams still hasn't shown that he can be the guy. So they try for Alabama wide receiver Jermaine Burton who has elite quickness and is very competitive.
62

Ravens
Christian MahoganyGBoston College
Mahogany is a powerful run blocker who can now step in and run-block for Derrick Henry. The Ravens needed improvement in the interior line and they get itwith Mahogany.
64

49ers
Brenden RiceWRUSC
The 49ers take one of Caleb Williams' favorite targets to play opposite Brandon Aiyuk. This leaves Deebo in the slot where he excels. The 6-3 Rice had 12 touchdowns last year and becomes another offensive weapon in Kyle Shanahan's scheme. Oh, and he happens to be related to this other 49er legend. Maybe you've heard of him.
63

Chiefs
Kingsley SuamataiaOTBYU
The Chiefs take Kingsley Suamataia, who is a 6-6 tackle who is an improving pass blocker. He needs some development, but the Chiefs swipe him right before Round 3.

Round 3

#TeamPickPosCollege
65

Panthers
Keon ColemanWRFlorida State
The Panthers traded for Diontae Johnson and Adam Thielen is still there. However, Keon Coleman gives them a tall alpha receiver. He has really nice burst and speed. DJ, Thielen, and Coleman might be something the Panthers can work with.
66

Cardinals
Junior ColsonLBMichigan
The Cardinals continue improving by taking Junior Carlson. He's equally good at pass coverage and run defense. Meaning when they play teams like 49ers, Rams, and Seahawks, he'll be a big help.
67

Commanders
Khyree JacksonCBOregon
The Commanders need some help in the defensive backfield. Especially after Emmanuel Forbes struggled last year. He held QB's to just a 41.6 QBR last season for Oregon.
68

Patriots
Kiran AmegadjieOTYale
Don't let the smaller school of Yale fool you. Amegadjie could become a starting-caliber tackle or guard. He's 6-5 and has really good fundamentals.
69

Chargers
Blake CorumRBMichigan
With Austin Ekeler gone Harbaugh gets a guy he's very familiar with in Blake Corum. Corum becomes the thunder in the Chargers backfield while Josh Kelley can stick around and play passing snaps like he did in 2023 (263 of his snaps were passing snaps versus 128 rushing snaps).
70

Giants
Jaden HicksSWashington State
Jaden Hicks can play at all three levels of the field. He's a hard hitter and a tone setter on defense. Even though the Giants have a lot of needs, Hicks could potentially lift the entire defense and make them better.
71

Cardinals/>via TEN
Marshawn KneelandEDWestern Michigan Forest
The Cardinals have enough early draft picks to really make a difference in this draft. They continue improvement by adding edge rusher help. He's explosive and dominated, even if it was a little less competitive competition.
72

Jets
Xavier LegetteWRSouth Carolina
The Jets get Rodgers another weapon with Xavier Legette. Some say he's a bit of a project, however, he's 6-3 and hit 22 mph on a play last year. With Garrett Wilson and Mike Williams, he won't be relied on to be the number one guy and can jut focus on making plays.
73

Lionsvia MIN
Kamren KinchensSMiami
The Lions continue to work on improving the secondary with Kamren Kinchens. He's got really good ball skills and comes down with interceptions. He'll slot right into the FS spot for the Lions.
74

Falcons
Jalen McMillanWRWashington
Jalen McMillan would have had better numbers had he not been on the same team as Rome Odunze. The Falcons give Kirko Chainz another weapon to throw to. Atlanta will love this guy.
75

Bears
Bralen TriceEDWashington
The Bears get a disruptive player to line up across Montez Sweat. Trice will be a perfect addition - he had a 17.6% pass rush win rate while piling up 8 sacks and 53 hurries. If he hurries the QB at that rate, he'll hurry them right into Sweat. Bears are looking up.
76

Broncos
Bo NixQBOregon
The Broncos wait on quarterback and it pays off as they nab Bo Nix. He may still need some development, however, he's got a good arm, avoids sacks, and has some mobility.
77

Raiders
Max MeltonCBRutgers
Max Melton has the versatility to play on the inside slot or the outside. The Raiders could use an upgrade at both so can slot him in where he fits best with the team. He's got good feet and good awareness and can earn a starting job on Day 1.
78

Commandersvia SEA
Austin BookerEDKansas
The Commanders continue to improve their defensive line by adding Austin Booker. He has a 14.8% pass rush win rate and 9 sacks last year. He's 6-6 and could develop into a problem for offensive lines.
79

Falconsvia JAX
Michael Hall, Jr.DTOhio State
Falcons bolster the defensive line with Michael Hall. He'll be a bit of scheme-specific and a project in the NFL, but he's an excellent interior pass-rusher.
80

Bengals
Andru PhillipsCBKentucky
The Bengals need secondary help and Andru Phillips gives them that. He plays a physical style that you need in the AFC North. He can help them either on the outside or at the slot corner position.
81

Seahawksvia NO
Calen BullockSUSC
The Seahawks continue the revamping of their secondary that they started last year by drafting safety Calen Bullock. Bullock is a good cover-safety who should be able to compete for a starting spot right away.
82

Colts
Javon BakerWRUCF
The Colts need more weapons for Anthony Richardson. Javon Baker can play outside, leaving Josh Downs at the slot or they can switch. He had 1139 receiving yards for Wake Forest last year and seven touchdowns. At 6-1, 208, he'll also be good at getting open when Richardson starts moving the pocket.
83

Rams
Spencer RattlerQBSouth Carolina
The Rams need to start thinking of a replacement for Matt Stafford and a mysterious illness has kept Stetson Bennett off the field. Spencer Rattler threw for 3000 yards in each of the last two years. His completion percentage wasn't as good as in 2021, but I think Sean McVay will like what he sees. Rattler is already impressing leading up to the draft and he'll continue to do so.
84

Steelers
Renardo GreenCBFlorida State
In this division you need to have good corner backs. The Steelers take Renardo Green, who earned a 90 PFF grade in man coverage last year after allowing only 290 yards on 651 snaps.
85

Browns
Devontez WalkerWRNorth Carolina
The Browns take Devontez Walker. He's not as polished as some of the earlier receivers, however, he's 6-2 and has a lot of potential.

Dolphins
FORFEITED
Carryover punishment - Dolphins forfeit this pick.
86

Texansvia PHI
Jarrian JonesCBFlorida State
Texans draft Jarrian Jones who has an opportunity to take the spot opposite of Stingley on the field. He may work in as a rotation at first, but his average passer rating allowed last year was 25.3 and he's excellent in man coverage.
87

Cowboys
Blake FisherOTNotre Dame
The Cowboys draft tackle Blake Fisher to line up on the right side of the line. He's 6-6 and has the ability to win the job right away.
88

Packers
Jarvis Brownlee Jr.CBLouisville
The Packers get some secondary help by taking Jarvis Brownlee Jr. out of Louisville. Opposite Jaire Alexander, the Packers struggled to find consistency. Brownlee steps in and starts competing for that spot right away. He helps in pass and run coverage.
89

Buccaneers
Jaylen WrightRB/b>Tennessee
The Bucs will still use Rachaad White, but they add Jaylen Wright to be the thunder to his lightning. The Bucs were at the bottom of the league in rush yards per game. Wright helps change that.
90

Cardinalsvia HST
Bucky IrvingRBOregon
A small run on running backs, Bucky Irving will help spell James Conner before taking over at some point. He looks a little small, but that didn't matter at Oregon where he ran for over 100 yards the past two years. He also had 55 receptions this year.
91

Packersvia BUF
Brandon DorlusDIOregon
The Packers get some help on the defensive line by taking Brandon Dorlus. He's 6-3 and can help in both pass and run plays. He may be more of a rotational player at first, but he'll still have an impact when he's on the field.
92

Buccaneersvia DET
Mason McCormickGSouth Dakota State
I get it, he's from a small school so there is some hesitancy. However, he was graded with a 90.8 PFF run block grade and a 85.4 PFF pass block grade. He also had a 94.7 PFF grade in zone blocking. He can develop into an NFL-caliber starting guard for the Bucs.
93

Ravens
Gabriel MurphyEDUCLA
He may only be 6-3, but he's still an incredibly talented edge rusher. He can line up at LE or an OLB for the Ravens. They'll have fun getting him on the field and scheming some plays that allow him good shots at the QB. He had 8 sacks and 40 QB hurries last year for the Bruins.
94

49ers
Sione VakiSUtah
The 49ers have one of the better rosters in football. That gives them flexibillity throughout the draft. Vaki drops from his pre-draft ranking and original ADP due to team needs and still needing development. He can develop perfectly on the 49ers. With Tashaun Gipson leaving in free agency, he may be needed sooner rather than later.
95

Chiefs
Ja'Tavion SandersTETexas
Rumors are swirling about Travis Kelce's possible retirement. Regardless, he's not getting younger and the Chiefs need to start thinking about a player to take over. Sanders isn't Travis Kelce, but he is a receiving tight end. He had 682 yards last year and 15.2 yards per reception. He also came down with seven contested catches with an over 50% contested catch win rate.
96

JaguarsComp Pick
DeWayne CarterDIDuke
He took a step back last year, but he's a big bodied 6-3, 305 pounder that can develop into a nice run stopper that also can pressure on passing downs. In 2022 he had 8 sacks and 39 QB hurries. He'll look to get back to that form on the Jags.
97

BengalsComp Pick
Malachi CorleyWRWestern Kentucky
The Bengals need some help at the slot position and Malachi Corley is a slot receiver. In 2022 he had 1282 yards and 11 touchdowns before being a little more limited in 2023, finishing with 985 yards but still 11 touchdowns. He's a speedy 5-11 receiver that can be used in different ways. A new weapon for Burrow.
98

Steelers
Comp Pick via Phi
Beaux LimmerCArkansas
49ers need some interior line help so they take Sedrick Van Pran. He's a three-year starter from Arkansas and can play center or guard.
99

Rams
Comp Pick
D.J. JamesCBAuburn
D.J. James has three years of starting experience for Auburn. He got an 88.9 coverage grade from PFF in 2023 and is equally good in man and zone coverages.
100

CommandersComp Pick via SF
Kris Abrams-DraineCBMissouri
Commanders take another cornerback in Kris Abrams-Draine to help in the secondary. He allowed a 54.7 passer rating in 2023 and is equally good in man and zone coverage. He'll be able to step in and compete for a starting position right away for the Commanders defense that has to play some talented quarterbacks year in and year out.

Round 4

#TeamPickPosCollege
101

Panthers
Christian JonesOTTexas
As I said earlier, the Panthers have a lot of needs. They focus on protecting Bryce Young by taking tackle Christian Jones. He has experience at both takcle positions and only allowed one sack in 511 pass block snaps last year.
102

Seahawksvia WAS
Dominik PuniOTKansas
Puni played all of last year at the left tackle position and all of 2022 at the left guard position. Either way, he allowed only 0 sacks and 1 QB hurry over the past two years in 784 pass blocking snaps. He can help upgrade the Seahawks offensive line wherever they need him most.
103

Patriots
Johnny WilsonWRPatriots
Johnny Wilson is 6-7. Will he line up on the outside, or be used as a tight end in the NFL? Time will tell. Despite some drops, his tape is really interesting to watch and he has a lot of potential. Patriots have a lot of needs and this fills one of them.
104

Cardinals
Zak ZinterGMichigan
The Cardinals highest rated guard by PFF in 2023 was only rated 66. Zak Zinter is a three-year starter, mostly at the right guard spot. He can run block and pass block and will be an improvement on their line.
105

Chargers
Maason SmithDILSU
Chargers add a nice piece on the defensive line. Smith will jump into the rotation as a pass rusher while he hones his skills. He only played 8 snaps in 2022 but bounced back nicely in 2023.
106

Titans
Xavier ThomasEDClemson
The Titans get some help on the defensive line in Xavier Thomas out of Clemson. After a 2022 injury, he bounced back and played every game in 2023. He finished with a 17.1% pass-rush win rate.
107

Giants
Trey BensonRBFlorida State
Saquon Barkley is gone, so the Giants get a replacement in Trey Benson. He has a good build and athleticism. He rushed for 14 touchdowns last year for Florida State and had a high elusive rating. He won't contribute in the pass game like Barkley did, but they won't need him to.
108

Vikings
Joe MiltonQBTennessee
The Vikings have Sam Darnold as a bridge quarterback. He'll be able to help Joe Milton develop to an NFL-caliber Quarterback. Milton has a cannon of an arm and is good at the RPO. It's the processing that will need development and Darnold can help.
109

Falcons
Cam HartCBNotre Dame
The Falcons continue to bolster their secondary with Cam Hart. He's got good size for playing on the outside and even if used as a rotational corner, he's an excellent fit on this team.
110

ChargersVia CHI
Trevor KeeganGMichigan
Sometimes it's as easy as taking somebody you're familiar with. Harbaugh gets his guard Trevor Keegan to help in the trenches. The offensive line is important to Harbaugh and Keegan helps the team.
111

Jets
Jamari ThrashWRLouisvile
The Jets add another receiver for Rodgers to throw too in Jamari Thrash. He had a good combine and this team needs some help in the passing game. Mike Williams is good, but we don’t fully know his health yet. More weapons is a good thing for Rodgers.
112

Raiders
Jacob CowingWRArizona
The Raiders draft a slot receiver to help out their new quarterback. Cowing finished the year with 868 yards and 13 touchdowns. He had a better year in 2021, where he averaged 19.7 yards per reception and finished with 1361 yards. However, in the right system I think he can flourish and be an impact player.
113

RavensVia Den
Matt GonclavesOTPitt
The Ravens take a chance on a tackle coming off a torn ACL. He's healthy and is a very solid prospect that can help out at tackle or guard.
114

Jaguars
Dadrion Taylor-DemersonSTexas Tech
The defensive ramp-up continues for Jacksonville, who take safety Dadrion Taylor-Demerson. Taylor-Demerson can compete to be a Day 1 starter after Jacksonville struggled to find consistency at both safety positions last year.
115

Bengals
Javon FosterOTMissouri
The Bengals improve the offensive line with Javon Foster out of Missouri. He only allowed 1 sack in 449 pass blocks last year from the left tackle position. That's a big upgrade for Joe Burrow.
116

Jaguarsvia NO
Elijah JonesCBBoston College
The Jaguars take Elijah Jones out of Boston College. He allowed an amazing 18.1 QBR last year and is really, really good in man-coverage.
117

Colts
MarShawn LloydRBUSC
If Jonathan Taylor has an injury again, the Colts no longer have a great backup option. MarShawn Lloyd gives them that. He averaged 7.1 yards per attempt last year and will be a good weapon for the Colts and allow them to spell JT more often.
118

Seahawks
Marist LiufauLBNotre Dame
Seattle grabs Liufau to help their linebacking corp. He's a better coverage linebacker than run defense and they'll use him as a rotational.
119

Steelers
via LA
Leonard TaylorDTMiami
Steelers bolster their defensive line with Leonard Taylor. He had a 14.7% pass-rush win rate and will be a rotational player in passing situations. He had double digit QB hurries the past two years, which is good for an interior d-lineman in the fourth round.
120

Eagles
Via LA
Tykee SmithSGeorgia
The Philadelphia Bulldogs, I mean, Eagles, love drafting defensive players out of Georgia. Tykee fills a need for them at Safety. He excels at coverage but is also a good run-stopper. He had the 4th most coverage stops at the safety position last year.
121

Broncosvia MIA
Javon SolomonEDTroy
He only fell this far because of the small school. However, Javon Solomon had 17 sacks last year on 335 pass rush snaps. He had a 17.1% pass-rush win rate, but he also grades well at stopping the run. He's small for an edge rusher but he's too talented to pass up.
122

Bears
via PHI
Cooper BeebeGKansas State
There will still be questions at the offensive tackle positions, but the Bears could use a big upgrade at guard and Cooper Beebe gives them that. I wouldn't be surprised if the Bears make a trade somewhere to get more picks. However, with this being their last one in this mock, they get a Day 1 starter who PFF graded 79.9 in run blocking and 90.4 in pass blocking last year.
123

Texansvia CLV
JD BertrandLBNotre Dame
The Texans need better play at the linebacker spot outside of Cashman. JD Bertrand can give them that. He improved year after year and had a really good 2023 season for Notre Dame. He's played over 1900 defensive snaps for the Irish over the last three seasons and can step right in and contribute.
124

49ersvia DAL
Justin EboigbeEDAlabama
The 49ers take Justin Eboigbe, who may be the best run-stopping edge player in the draft. He has a high floor, even if it's just as a rotational player.
125

Buccaneers
Cole BishopSUtah
Cole Bishop can step into the strong-safety spot for the Bucs on Day 1. He took a step back from 2022, but has a lot of potential.
126

Packers

The Packers have Josh Jacobs now to be their thunder. Enter Dylan Laube, the lightning. He had 68 receptions and 708 receiving yards in 2023 and can be a pass-catching back for the Pack.
127

Texans
Mohamed KamaraEDColorado State
The Texans had a really good offseason and it just keeps getting better. Kamara had a pass-rush win rate of 19.4% and ended the year with 14 sacks and 38 QB hurries. This defensive line may be the best in the NFL.
128

Bills
Kristian BoydDIUNI
Bills draft an interior defensive lineman who has a lot of potential. He played very well as a 3-year contributor at UNI but elevated his game the last two years. Landing with the Bills, his untapped potential will get tapped and he could be a steal in the fourth. Don't let the small school fool you, the 6-4, 300+ pounder will be a beast in the middle of the defensive line.
129

Vikingsvia DET
McKinnley JacksonDTTexas A&M
The Vikings bolster their defensive line with the 325-pound McKinnley Jackson. This may not just be a rotational player because the Vikings need upgrades. He could grab a starting job.
130

Ravens
Audric EstimeNDNotre Dame
The Ravens have been trying to find an answer at running back for awhile. JK Dobbins and Gus Edwards are gone. They brought in their answer in Derrick Henry. However, Henry is on the back end of his career, so they draft Audric Estime, a bruising back in the fourth. Estime finished with 1341 yards, 18 touchdowns, and had 22 carries of 15+ yards.
131

Chiefs
Malik MustaphaSWake Forest
The Chiefs defense was legit in 2023. However, improved safety play could have made it even better. They take Malik Mustapha here, a safety out of Wake Forest who can cover and play the run. Mustapha is a versatile player who has lined up in the deep safety position, in the pox to play the run, and as a slot corner.
132

49ersComp Pick
Cedric GrayLBNorth Carolina
Maybe it's not a huge need for the 49ers, but they don't pass up on adding Cedric Gray to their defense. Gray had 115 tackles in 2022 and 80 in 2023. He flies all over the field and can also play good pass coverage. He'll work in to rotation and potentially start right away.
133

Bills
Ainias SmithWRTexas A&M
The Bills brought in Curtis Samuel to help in the slot, however, they draft Ainias Smith to help as well. He's a slot receiver that can also run-block very well. He'll fit in with Buffalo's offense very well.
134

Jets
Cade StoverTEOhio State
Cade Stover goes to the Jets. He's got a lot of athletic ability and is a well-rounded player. He played linebacker and tight end at OSU, depending where they needed him. He can run-block, pass-block, and has strong hands for pass-catching.

Broncosvia CAR
Malik WashingtonWRVirginia
The Broncos traded away Jerry Jeudy. They draft Malik Washington to play slot and replace some of his production. Because of his speed, Washington is a matchup nightmare.
137

Patriots
Chau Smith-WadeCBWashington State
In this division you have to have some strong cover corners. Smith-Wade finished with a PFF coverage grade of 76.3, which is a really good graded corner for the fifth round of the draft. He didn't get any interceptions last year, but he had two dropped interceptions. He's played a little all over and despite limited play this year, he had a pretty good 2022.
138

Cardinals
Jordan TravisQBFlorida State
The Cardinals draft Jordan Travis to back up Kyler Murray. He has a similar playing style, being able to scramble, so he will fit the offense well if Murray gets injured. He's inconsistent, but had a average passer rating over 100 the past three years.
139

Commanders
Tommy EichenbergLBNotre Dame
One of the remaining needs for the Commanders is a linebacker. Eichenberg was better in 2022 than 2023, but he will work in to be a good rotational guy.
140

Chargers
AJ BarnerTEMichigan
Harbaugh is a big fan of "his guys". AJ Barner is one of his guys. Gerald Everett gone and while I think Donald Parham and Stone Smartt can pick up some of the work, Barner is a really good blocking tight end who will elevate the run game.
141

Panthers
via NYG
Grayson MurphyEDUCLA
The Giants get some edge defender help with Grayson Murphy. He's got a 14.8% pass rush win rate and while he only had 8 sacks in 2023, he had 21 QB hits and 23 QB hurries. He has the opportunity to grow into a really good situational pass-rusher that gets in the heads of QBs.
142

Panthers

Luke McCaffreyWRRice
The last time the Panthers drafted a Mccaffrey it worked out. Luke isn't CMC, but they don't need him to be. He's a solid receiver who elevates this receiving room.
143

The Bills add Beau Brade. He's a run-stopping safety with good tackling abilities. He'll set the tone of the defense with hard hits.
145

The Broncos need some help at the tight end position. Sinnott had a really nice 2023 season where he played 378 pass snaps, some in-line at TE and some at slot. He had 669 receiving yards and six touchdowns and he's also a decent run blocker.
146

Caelen CarsonCBWake Forest
The Titans draft Caelen Carson. While he may be more of a rotational guy, he's a good off-coverage defender in zone and is a good tackler. He helps against the run as well.
147

Broncos
Sataoa LaumeaOTUtah
Sataoa Laumea spent the last two years at right tackle and 2021 at right guard. He's a three year starter with experience and a large 6-4 frame. I think he'll be moved back to guard in the NFL, but he can play both positions which makes him a valuable depth.
148

Raiders
Ray DavisRBKentucky
Zamir White may be their starter, but they need more in their running back room. Ray Davis gives them a lot more. He ran for 1131 yards last year and 14 touchdowns. He's a one-cut, pounding back who will exceed in Las Vegas.
149

150

Saints

The Saints select Michael Pratt, who has all the fundamentals to be an NFL QB. He has some developtment to do as most the offense was built more on short passing success. Still, the Saints could use some youth in the quarterback room outside of Jake Haener.
151

Rams
Jalen SundellOTNorth Dakota State
Jalen Sundell played 865 snaps at left tackle last year after playing all his snaps at center in 2022 and 2021. He's also played a snap at right tackle and at left guard. In other words, he can line up everywhere. He only allowed one sack in 406 pass block snaps in 2023 and 0 QB hits. He played at a smaller school but could develop into a starting left tackle for the Rams.
155

Brownsvia PHI
Tyrone TracyRBPurdue
The Browns have Nick Chubb. However behind him Jerome Ford's play was a little hit and miss.Tyrone Tracy had a 6.3 yard average. He finished with 714 yards and 8 touchdowns. He's elusive and will help spell and compliment Chubb.

The Dolphins add edge-rush help with Nelson Ceasar. He had 10 sacks last year and a 13.6% win rate.
159

Josh NewtonCBTCU
The Chiefs are very good at drafting and developing. Josh Newton needs to work on zone coverage, however, he's a very talented cornerback who could develop into an NFL starter. He's been graded anywhere from the 2nd to the 5th round, so this could be a steal.
160

Billsvia GB

165

Ravens
Taulia TagovailoaQBMaryland
Lamar Jackson is coming off an MVP season. However, they still need a player that can develop behind him and take over in event of injury. Tua's borther, Taulia, has a really nice deep throw. Last year he threw for 3386 yards and 25 touchdowns. He has a lot of development but under the tutelage of Harbaugh and Jackson, that development could happen.
166

Vikingsvia KC
Isaiah WilliamsWRIllinois
He plays mostly in the slot, but can play out wide. Last year Isaiah Williams had 1055 yards and 5 touchdowns. He had 24 missed tackles forced. They'll find creative ways to get him involved. Jefferson, Addison, and Williams could develop into quite the trio and he's an upgrade over KJ Osborn.

172

Eagles
