New Jersey Devils vs New York Rangers

Start Time – 7:00 pm EST

Wednesday night brings us a Tri-State Area grudge match, hosted in The World’s Most Famous Arena, Madison Square Garden, in New York City. Unfortunately, these are two teams headed in different directions.

But it doesn’t really matter that the New York Rangers are the top team not just in the Metropolitan Division, but the NHL as a whole, and the New Jersey Devils are near the basement. That’s because my best bet for Wednesday is a play on the total (as is my wont). Both these teams have put about four pucks in the night on average over their last five games, and they are among the top teams in the league in scoring. This game is getting over the 6.5 goal line it’s set at.
