This is not a great matchup for UCLA and Stefanovic. Oregon’s defense is slotted 66th in KenPom’s defensive efficiency. Additionally, the Ducks are a solid rebounding team on both sides of the glass, and their defense excels in limiting assisted baskets (88th).
Mason Miller (Creighton) Lower Than 8.5 Points

The Houston Cougars are large favorites over Penn on Saturday night. I expect Kelvin Sampson’s team to pull away early. If that happens, with the program’s first Big 12 game on deck, the subs could see some early time on the floor in this one. Also, Jamal Shead has not scored more than 21.5 points in 7 of Houston’s 8 games against mid-majors (not in a tournament).
