Best Week 16 DraftKings Value Plays

Quarterback:

Taylor Heinicke ($4.8K)  – Heinicke is back as the Falcons’ starting QB. While it wasn’t impressive during his last sting as Falcons’ starter, he’s shown in the past to be a very capable QB, and certainly one that can pay off this cheap price tag.

Nick Mullens ($5.3K) – Mullens put up over 22 DK points in Week 15, and may need to do that again in a high total game vs. the division rival Lions.

HONORABLE MENTION:  Joe Flacco ($5.5K), C.J. Beathard ($5.1K – if playing)

Running back:

Ty Chandler ($5.6K) – Chandler looked amazing as the Vikings’ starting RB last week, and even with Alexander Mattison back, coach Kevin O’Connell said Chandler has earned the lead role. He had 27.7 DK points in Week 15.

Chuba Hubbard ($5.7K) – Hubbard is back on the list as he again was the bell-cow RB for the Panthers, getting over 20 carries for the third week in a row.

HONORABLE MENTION:  Antonio Gibson ($5.2K) or Chris Rodriquez Jr. ($4.5K) if Brian Robinson Jr. is out

Wide Receiver:

Parker Washington ($3.8K) – Zay Jones is likely to miss, and the rookie Washington has filled in admirably. He also has a great matchup against a weak Buccaneers’ pass defense.

Jameson Williams ($3.7K) – The Lions got Williams more involved last week, targeting him seven times. Hopefully, they will continue to get him more touches since he’s such an explosive weapon.

HONORABLE MENTION:  Slightly more expensive – Jaxon Smith-Njigba ($4.5K), Curtis Samuel ($4.8K), Brandin Cooks ($4.9K)

Tight End:

Tyler Conklin ($3.2K) – Anytime you can target a value piece vs. the Commanders’ defense, you take advantage. The Washington defense is so bad that multiple skill players more than pay off their salary.

Tucker Kraft ($3.7K) – Kraft is back on the list this week as he was a successful value play in Week 15, scoring a touchdown on 57 yards receiving. Look for a repeat performance vs. the Panthers this week.

HONORABLE MENTION:  Logan Thomas ($3.5K), Chig Okonkwo ($3.1K)
