Black Friday College Football is one of my favorite traditions each and every year. This year, we get a ton of gorgeous matchups to choose from. Sadly enough, the first matchup we are going to take a look at is one of the ugliest games all year. I think you know what I am getting at. Let’s break down the Friday College Football Picks.
Week 13 Friday College Football Picks
Iowa (26.5) at Nebraska -2
Ah, another disgusting Big Ten matchup that involved the BIG TEN WEST CHAMPION Iowa Hawkeyes. That’s right, Iowa has clinched its spot to get blown out next week against either Michigan or Ohio State (it will be Michigan, by the way). Although this is a rivalry game, Iowa has their focus on next week.
The Iowa-Nebraska total is at 26 at sportsbooks, which would AGAIN set the record for lowest total in college football history.

Nebraska comes into this matchup with a 5-6 record, needing a win to get into a bowl game. They have had another season of super close calls and lost games that they should have won. Points will be sacred in this game, and punts will happen often. This will be a super ugly matchup, but we are riding with the Huskers at home in the freezing cold. The spot is perfect for them to get the win.
The Pick: Nebraska -2
Memphis -12 at Temple
Memphis is laying nearly two touchdowns on the road against three-win Temple. Although this game is meaningless for their postseason, I do not see how Memphis doesn’t roll here. The Tigers have an offense that can score every possession, and even if Temple sneaks into the end zone, they will not be able to get enough stops.
Last week, Memphis went shot for shot with SMU and nearly pulled off the upset. SMU won in Philadelphia by a score of 55-0. Not going to overthink this one. The Tigers will roll here.
The Pick: Memphis -12
