NFL Week 6 Referee Betting Stats and Trends

Ron Torbert

Last season, Ron Torbert was an NFL referee I talked about at volumes on the NFL Referee report, but he was profitable towards the Under. However, this season, Torbert is making his season debut on the referee report for a different reason.

Through the first five weeks of the NFL season, home teams are a perfect 5-0 SU and 3-2 ATS. Further, home teams are averaging 28.8 points per game. Additionally, home teams have scored 30+ points in three straight games.

This week, Ron Torbert is assigned to officiate the NFC West matchup between the Arizona Cardinals and the Los Angeles Rams.

Best Bet: Rams TT Over 27.5

Alex Kemp

Alex Kemp’s betting trends and stats stick out for road teams in the games he has officiated. This season, road teams are 4-1 SU and 3-2 ATS. Further, over the last three seasons, road underdogs are 13-5 (72.2%) ATS.

Kemp is assigned to officiate the game AFC South matchup between the Indianapolis Colts and the Jacksonville Jaguars. Jaguars are coming home after spending two weeks in London, and the Colts look for revenge after losing to the Jaguars in Week 1 on their home field.

Best Bet: Colts +4.5

Adrian Hill

After having a bye week in Week 5, Adrian Hill is back on the field officiating. Hill has been a referee who has been trending towards the Under over the past several seasons. In fact, over the last three seasons, Adrian Hill has been the most profitable referee to the Under. Hill-officiated games are 42-27 (60.9%) towards the Under.

This season, the Under is 3-2 (60%). In Week 6, Hill is assigned to officiate the non-conference matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and the Cincinnati Bengals.

Best Bet: Seahawks/Bengals Under 44.5
